- in this video I made a lost world aquaterrarium /paludarium for my betta fish
the main concept of this project is to bring nature home in smaller scales.
having such miniature landscapes not only add beauty to your living scapes, also the visual effects like natural light or FLOWING water, help reduces stress levels and improve moods.

Glad to hear that you moved the betta to a big place. I think this is very beautiful, but bu the time you finished scaping there wasn't much room left for the fish. But it really is quite lovely.
The landscape is awesome!!!
Thanks
Absolution beautiful!!!❤
Thanks
Looks amazing 👏
really lovely.... but dont you think its a little to small swimming place for that lovely betta ?
Thank you, I moved my betta to a bigger tank🙂
Your design is absolutely stunning!!! You truly have an artist's eye! Out of curiosity, how often, if at all, do you need to spray the wall flora to keep it alive? Or does the water from the lower portion simply get brought up through the soil itself?
Thank you so much
I have to mist it atleast thrice a week, water from the lower portion doesn't get brought up through the soil.
may allah bless you😊😊
Thank you so much
all the tanks you use look great, do you make them yourself or buy them somewhere? i need them
Its awesome 😍😍😍 can you post a video how it looks now and also tel us how to maintain them
Love this!!!! The stream is definitely my favorite part! In the state you have the moss in, will it continue to grow? Or stay the same size?
Thank you so much. yes moss will continue to grow
Your choice of music was amazing I love how you just do no words are necessary the mist was very relaxing yo would never get fed up of looking at it ❤
How does the mix not fall in and off the tank sides? I love this build.
It sticks very well
I believe it is strong as long as it does not dry out, in which case it would crumble and fall.
Very nice! 😍
Thank you
Too good ❤️❤️👏
If you want to sell it how much that will cost
What is that tank called I can’t find one anywhere
It's a customized lower front tank
Some aquarium shops offers customized tanks.
How tank size
Sir i want this
How long does something like this last? Does the moss ultimately die? Does the soil mixture eventually fall off the glass? It does it keep going forever?
With proper care, a setup like this will last a very long. Soil mixture won't fall off. It'll keep going forever.
@@langdiy What does "proper care" mean in this context?
This was my insta question Hey man not sure if you’ll see this but I absolutely loved the lost aquarium vid and was wondering if u could tell me where to get all the materials if u can’t that’s ok but would appreciate if u could thank you
Thank you
You can purchase submersible pump from online marketplace, and moss, plants, stones and drift wood from Aquascaping stores. you can collect moss and plants from wild also.
@@langdiyPreciate that and again love the vids I’m trying to get all the materials and still looking for a stank like that but once I get everything I will definitely be making this
I don't know how to make the substrate that you glued to the wall :c
Substrate I used is a mixture of black soil 70% compost and cocopeat 30%
Do you make custom orders on request?
Next video forest design terrarium plz
Yes sure!
wayyyyyy too small of a space for your betta to thrive, hopefully not a permanent home :(
Not permanent, I moved my betta to a larger tank.
What's the ratio for mixing the compost etc?
Black soil 70% compost and cocopeat 30%
I can’t really enjoy videos like this because of the animals. This would look just as great without a fish in it. It is wayyyyyy too small
I too don't like keeping animals in small spaces, I moved my betta to a bigger tank🙂
This is way to small
Betta doesn't need a very large space
@@langdiy they need around 20L or more to thrive, this is definitely too small.
I moved my betta to a larger tank
@@langdiy I somehow doubt that, according to you vids. there are only nice setup of fishtanks which all are not suitable for fish to live and thrive in..
Since they are not social active, They can live in a bottle.
