Most of the recipes I've seen for this Malaysian/Singaporean style fried sweet potato balls has glutinous rice flour for the chewy texture... But I'll definitely try this recipe out, thank you! ❤️
Oh wow thanks alot. Hope you can try. No need glutinous rice flour, use tapioca flour is enough. It yield QQ chewy texture yet remain flaky and more fragrant of sweet potato. Glutinous rice flour ball size not as big, thus texture wise not as good. Might be too soft.

If too wet, add more starch, if too dry, add some water, but add both startch and water little by little
