    Chiffonade. Great menu and recipes, thanks for sharing. For safety you should use the vegetable holder that comes with the mandolin.

    Sis, use Himalayan Salt/Pink Salt

    Hey nice to have come across your channel...nice to know you cause am from Trinidad...i really dont like using nandolin at all...i have had big ones too that i use in my business....and likewise i have had many experiences using it i dont like it at all i use my knife...am into food i do catering....just commending you on how you do your stuff...being yourself and not trying to be like anyone else... you're original...you prepare your stuff closely like i do....same energy....not forgetting the camera man ...he does a great job....whenever you visit home...     So glad you made authentic Buljol I add cucumber to mine and boil an egg, soooo good.😊😊😊😊😊 Many ppl make the fried up cod fish with tomatoes and onions and call it buljol!!! It isnt.

    When my trees have ripe plantain and ripe moko I cut down the bunch and put it in an old card board box and eat all by myself most times I enjoy them boiled when fully ripe. I don't share anything

    The instructions always tell you to use speed 2 maximum when using the dough hook. I’m guessing the lady’s machine flew off the counter because it was on a much higher speed.

    First and foremost I enjoy your videos, but just FYI when you cooking and you are using your hands, you shouldn’t have any bracelets on you shouldn’t have any rings on because when your jewelry gets wet, whatever buildup that you have in your jewelry is dripping in your food, and when you take your pots and lids from underneath it’s a good idea to just give what you are using a quick rinse, please don’t take what I said the wrong way beautiful but just some of my personal feelings, but you keep up your two 👍🏾👍🏾 Trinidadian cuisine, and that’s 💯
