You make me laugh because you are a true Trini cook. No measurements...a handful of flour...a little dash of salt...just loving it. It's the way Trini's cook. You don't need measurements...you know what you're doing...and you do it fast. I watch other channels to see exactly how to cook the food...with the right amount of ingredients. Looks so delicious! 😋 I don’t measure my seasonings either. My Mom and Grandmother never used recipes, I learn to cook watching them. A good cook never have to measure. We just know how much seasoning to use, mainly by taste, smell.

Hello dear am new to your channel I just love the way you cook as a real person. I tried your fried rice recipe recently and definitely am adopting it as one of my comfort food recipes. I just adjust the ingredients to suit the tastebuds of my family. Just a little take on the bake and shark origins. It was a go to food at carnival time around the Queens Park Savannah especially for the tourists. Maracas Bay offerings gave a modern twist to this delicious carnival comfort food by adding lots of condiments and offering it year round. 🥰
