@@LuckyGin yes the winters are more harsh in Wyoming plus the winds out there but its lovely country and close to my favorite place the Black Hills of South Dakota...
Thanks for sharing where you were hunting, about 290 miles away from my location. Great location, great finds, loved your WY cowgirl outfit, you fit right in. Enjoy!
Gin Another super relaxing laid back adventure Lady. Great site! Huge!! It would take tears to really get to all the nooks and crannies. That grass looked hard to get through. Yikes! The ground looked like concrete too. Great finds Lady! Love your chill videos! Peace Gin!! These are for luck on your next hunt Lady and 2 vases to keep them fresh. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🏆🏆 It's hard finding this many 4 leaf clovers!
Yup, Lucky, another cool adventure!! I love that fork. I wonder if it was part of a soldier's mess kit. Cool finds all around and I could tell the ground was very hard & dry. Loved the ride along to The Atlantic City. I love the west too!! Great video!!
Hi Gin, great to see you! I have to say, something looks different about you, haircut maybe? Whatever it is, looks great! That jack-rabbit was like a miniature kangaroo! Thanks for taking me along on this hunt!
That was a Big Ol Jack Rabbit, Good Finds out there again but even tho it was hard to get you Usually don't find the bullet with the case it came from, Somebody Dropped that one, Stay Safe and Happy Hunting 🍀
Hey there Gin, I'm glad to see you've hooked up a FTP 5x10 DD search head on your '75! I'm sure you'll find it wicked for weasling amongst the brush and nail-laden sites to hook out the coins and tiny artefacts that hide there. It'll be a great addition to the 'tool-box...Using the leading inch and a half of it's tip is key, in my op. That Jack rabbit was alot less timid that our equivalent, the Hare. I really liked that vintage square nail. They're great for testing with non Fe targets. Thanks for the day out in Wyoming! ATB & Happy Hunting.
Thanks for stopping by to check out the latest adventure, Tim. So far I do really like that new coil. It was a big help on these tough, metal laden sites. That was my first close encounter with a jackrabbit and he snuck right up on me. 🙃
🙋 HI LUCKY GIN from Tampa Bay Florida, USA. Great fun wish I were there too but thanks for taking us with you. Hope you strike it rich out there.P.S. maby someone could utilize your talents on Florida's Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island coastal recovery after Hurricane IAN.
This...was a super fun video watch. I would love to see the outtakes from that root extraction , I am sure there were some choice words that didn't make the cut. ☘✌
I enjoyed that. Scenery was really nice out there! Envy u!! Guess I'll stick to the beaches. Am going to try water hunting rivers at the old crossings and steamboat stops. By the way the Cumberland has some but u have to research...
You’ll never hear me complain about a beach hunt. The Cumberland does have some spots of interest, but the river and land along it is controlled by the Corps of Engineers and therefore off limits to metal detecting. The Corps and/or TVA pretty much control anything water related and have ruined it for metal detecting in TN. It’s a sore spot. Lol
Thank you. Out in Wyoming there’s no humidity, so I can actually wear it straight. When in the south or the beach, there’s no chance. The natural curl comes right out in the humidity.🙂
if the ground is hard. think about a estwing geo/paleo pick ,or rock hammer. ,both light weight. the pick you can get more force swinging it just a thought. have a good day.
That was interesting. I thought you would have dug up at least one injun. By the colour of those leaves, the weather must be getting cooler.Strange that you dug so many bullets at a fort site. LOL.
looks like you found an empty artists oil paint tube made of lead or tin all rolled up tight to squeez out the last little dab of color before being discarded ...some one must have made a painting there
Wonderful video. Great finds. I have a question: Do you have find goals based on where you hunt? For example, at an old fort like this hunt, do you have a range items that go from a Holy Grail of hunting, down to rare finds, down to common every day finds from the same area that you personally set out to find? Or do you simply hunt for the joy of it and are glad of all finds?
Hi David, I usually have a holy grail in mind for a site but that’s about it. Otherwise I’m just thrilled to be out hunting and whatever comes is a bonus.🙂
I'm so envious! Out in the wide open Wyoming prairie! Would love to tag along sometime. Good finds, great area for some cool artifacts. Thank you for sharing!
At the risk of blasphemy to the relic hunters, I’d say I prefer the beach. I love all hunts, but I adore the ocean and love the chance to hunt for big gold. That Spanish gold is my holy grail.🙂🍀
Yes!!!!! SHE'S BACK!!!!!
Yes indeed! The road home was long but I’m finally back and getting some videos together.🙂🍀
@@LuckyGin did you drive it all the way from Tennessee??!!!! If so that's what I call commitment.
Found some relics, thanks for taking us along.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you are doing well!
I really like your videos. Just wish they were longer. Good hunting and great area. Thanks for bringing us along.
I’m so glad to hear that and really appreciate you stopping by for a visit.🤗🍀
Tks for letting us tag along. Beautiful area and great finds!! That tree root was no joke!!
I had to cut that clip waaaay down - it took me forever to get both pieces of that bullet.🤦🏼♀️
A lovely video from a lovely lady. Thanks Gin.
Cool belt buckle..
Thank you.🙂🍀
Lovely country out there in Wyoming Gin..Nice hunt pretty Lady....Papa Mark says enjoy the time out west ....
Awwww, Hi Papa Mark! It is beautiful out there. I sure wish the winters weren’t so harsh.

Awesome video..!!! Thank you for sharing.
Great hunt what a great way to finish the day good luck on your next adventure 🍀👍
Thanks Jesse. I wish I could have filmed a bit more of the mercantile, but it was loud with cowboys and prospector types.🙃🍀
What a great place to detect and your great finds thanks for sharing with us
So glad to see you in another new video *Lucky Gin*... for the record: miss you very much... 🍀
Awwww, sorry I’ve been a bit absent lately. Life has been kinda crazy. I’m trying to get back to my regular weekly video schedule.🤗🍀

Thanks so much, Dawn. So nice to see you pop by!🤗🍀
I haven't seen a Jack Rabbit in years!!! Ok, now back to the video!
That was the first time I’d ever got to see one that close. He came right up to have a look at what was going on.🙂
Great hunt! Loved the GS Button and the Bullets. Have a great weekend!
Some neat lead finds, Lucky Gin!
Thank you.🙂🍀
Loved the Jackrabbit! Great hunt! Relics tell stories but friends are life long stories. Thanks for taking me along😎
Thanks for joining me.🤗. That was the first time I’d ever got to see a jackrabbit up close. He snuck up on me too.😂
First and foremost, I love yer hair! That looks like it would be a very cool place to metal detect! The button and fork are cool!!!

Great intro background. That would have me pretty excited to hunt that area.

Hey Gin, good to see you out there, was a boring day. I gotta get out there and do a little of that.👍🎃👻🌜

Watch out for snakes!

Old shot gun shells are a good sign. When hunters reach into their pocket to reload they lose coins in the process. Good hunt Gin.
Great video and great finds like always! I like the old fork, but the button is cool too!
Cool finds! The slab of beef sounded good. I wonder if the fork had a wooden handle when it was being used. So happy to see you again.
