Although this is an older video, I'm hoping you'll see this message. The one thing that helped me more than anything I ever tried was a book titled, "Maimonides and Metabolism." I didn't think I'd get too much out of it since I'd already read so much on nutrition, but this book was AMAZING!!! It's one thing to know how much to eat, what to eat, ect., but the specific reasons why and how it effects our organs was exactly what I needed to hear. ;-)

this is beautiful i grew up catholic but they never taught the struggles of ego and soul i didnt learn that until i graduated college and learned about nonduality. Now listening to these talks makes amazing sense and helping me understand myself (:

I just recently found your videos after watching your daughter's wedding video. It was beautiful by the way. I put my faith in Jesus (Yeshua) when I was 21. However, a few years ago I developed an eating disorder. I do not any more but I struggle greatly with food and how I relate to it. It's been a long and discouraging journey. However, the Lord has given you so much wisdom and understanding. Your video brought me to tears because you unlocked the REASON behind the way we should it. To elevate God, not in some self righteous way but to truly enjoy Him and the freedom He's given us above all creation to enjoy Him and bring Him glory. I love how you said to elevate Him. I love to hear the meaning of words and what you share is richness...you're a treasure. Thank you.

Another fantastic and inspiring video! I love it how you say that we shouldn't restrict ourselves but choose different priorities. I couldn't agree more! Balance and cherishing everything we get is what makes life special. Thank you for the video and can't wait to hear more!

Shalom Rivka Malka, I have a sweet tooth also, it is a really addictive substance. I find it easier to avoid it in every day life (except Shabbat all good food habits go out the window on Shabbat).

food truth -beautifully conveyed! Your message brings I Timothy 6:17 to mind which teaches "Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy..." Sorry to hear that in Michigan something so odd was chosen to represent headcovering from the Christian perspective. Joseph's coat had many colors. Beautiful mix u r wearing in this btw. And your cheeks are not whatsoever overly plump but look perfectly healthy. U radiate health, glory to God.

Dear lady, I would love to talk to the poor elderly and children in Israel. The Poor, the homeless, the severly traumatised who depend on a hot meal offered to them by meir panim. I've been in your social class and went way down to the bottom of society, me and my 3 children. Right now the 4 of us are back, living in an elegant house in France... thinking about having a diet is a luxury problem. There is no spirituality in about having only one warm meal a day, believe me. It is spiritual to remember how it was of having hunger with only 3 euro's a day and to donate now to Meir Panim in Israel ! Shabbat Shalom... sweet lady.

Lupita Alvarado, why would you do this? Are you really seeking to offend? This is so not right on your part and very disrespectful to the maker of this video.

Eden was vegan. Eternaty will be vegan. Let's live a life by saving lifes. Watch "Cowspiracy", "Earthlings", "Land ofhope and Glory" for those in the UK, any of James Aspeys Videos, or any other video about the vegan diet and animal protection.

we are no longer in Eden, and therefore have different needs. When G-d banished us from Eden, people started eating meat. We did not stay as holy as we were.

I don't believe the Bible says what kind of food we will have in Eternity. Heavenly food will not be anything like earthly food , but much better!
