Feta cheese 1/4" - 3/8" crumbled cut on the Urschel® Model Affinity Integra-D® Dicer

Feta cheese is a Greek brined white cheese, usually made from sheep's milk. It is often used as a table cheese, in salads such as Greek salad, and in pastries, notably the phyllo-based Greek dishes spanakopita "spinach pie" and tyropita "cheese pie".
The MINTD is used to cut the feta cheese into crumbs, the aim is to reduce its size to about 6-10mm crumbs with natural appearance.
