I believe in you. :D The most important thing is to work on yourself: work on your mechanical skill, work on each of your heroes to be as good as you can be with them (like reading tips and incorporating them into your gameplay), work on your communication, and work on your positioning. There's tons of videos and guides out there to help you out and they can really help you work on improving~
I believe you meant that someone gives up after first round by saying gg in the chat to tick the box "gg after 1 round". The guy said gg because you had a leaver which means that if they dont come back, the game will end automatically
