I just met this dude at a pilot in Northern Cali... pretty much explained part 1.. I'm looking to get into hotshot trucking in the near future.. keep the videos coming
Bro, how did you go pick up your trailer without having a CDL yet? They won't pull you over? I have a similar set up a 2015 ram 3500 but I would need to buy the trailer and I'm in the middle of still doing classes for CDL. Thanks for your help, your the only one I see posting for California.
@@Nemeh0689 I saw the reviews for the Garmin a lots ppl said 50% is good stuff and 50% is saying sometimes it works sometimes it goes out. I want to get it and try it out myself but kinda hesitance.
It depends on you honestly if you work 5 days a week you can make over $300k a year if you are getting each vehicle $1.00 to $2.00 per mile gross can be close to $150k to $200k if you can do most of you Truck and trailer.
@@RATLLC Like your vids man, keep em up. Are you saying this is what you average or are you just saying what’s possible? Will you show how you get loads in an upcoming video?
It’s what you average. Really depends on how much you are out there on the road and get the good loads that are $1per mile -$2per mile and thank you for watching and yes I’m working that video and more coming soon.

You only need a CDL if you are over 26k lbs I was less then 26k so I can go to the DMV by myself not having a CDL just need a CLP.
Your welcome I’ll be posting more videos soon.
What’s all the documents I need to operate besides dot and mc number I’m based out of Florida
Best to call Florida DOT
I have no idea….only in California I’m familiar.
What truck GPS do you use on your iPad? Or did you mean just the Google maps?
Majority of the time I use Google maps there’s also an app called truck path it turned out to be a waste of money so I just use Google maps.
@@RATLLC yep trucker path isn't good for that
Yea let me know if you have a better trucker GPS.
@@RATLLC I like the Rand McNally software but their tablets sucks. I'm gonna get the new 10" Garmin I've been hearing good things about it
