I’ve seen a video where the sensor connector is unplugged and slips through the centre of a 22mm Ring Spanner . It would give a far better purchase to release a seized sensor. In my experience a “crows foot” spreads and slips. Also using brake fluid as a releasing agent helps unscrew seized threads
How many curses and bloody knuckles were involved with removing that upper sensor.. I spend 5 hours already and only managed to get the unplugged.. I can't get them to budge with an 02 wrench, i am going to go buy the tool you use here the 02 crows foot.. never saw that before so hopefully it helps me out! Thanks for the video!
The first time I swapped O2 sensors was on a transverse mounted engine in my explorer. I spent hours messing with the O2 sensor tool and it just kept slipping. I switched to the crow foot tool and it was easier, but I still spent hours on the back side of the engine. Lots of choice words and every swivel and extension I had later, I was finally able to break them free. Good luck!
I don’t know. I do it a lot. Maybe there more than one tool for the job. In my experience, the right tool is the one that gets the job done. If I can fit a wrench on it I’ll use that, but it all depends on the position of the sensor. How do you remove O2 sensors?

How did you know which one needs changed?
If you have crows feet,
removing the 02 sensors is not for you.
