Was looking forward to the R9 as I have the CP3 engine in my 2019 XSR900, but it's ugly with those wings and stumpy exhaust. It should have looked like an R1 but with a triple. Why didn't they give it a nice exhaust and the keyless system from the MT09SP?

The wings are compensating. They need as much aero assistance as possible to compensate for the lack of power.
