It is funny how nobody is talking about this, hot tub basically got me through covid and alot of other stuff. Hot compress on nose and face has helped alot with colds too. Heat therapy definently does something good, it is either helping the muscles or it cooks out the germs. People need to be doing heat therapy too see if it works before touching any medicine there is no harm in trying.
