    Why did you not just offer 1 head and a range of head gasket spacers ??
    What is the HP of an 80 CC engine "Full House" ?? and do you have a break-down of the HP of each hop-up part ??

      +TIMEtoRIDE900 proper squish clearance is key to prevent detonation along with proper tuned carb.

    What cc is oe approximately? what do you recommend? I bored/ground out the intake neck and exhaust pipe and their gaskets to match. stock head slant and non-slant. 80cc (67cc) skyhawk grubee. Stock carb. Stock gutted pipe. Nology coil & Jaguar cdi conventional neg ground. Wish to use pump 92/93 octane. Rider weight 182lbs. Tour gear 20-35lbs. Bike 47lbs. Extended (meaning hrs) of 3/4-7/8 throttle open use. Frequent bursts of wot. 36 tooth, 35-622 (700c). ele 300-1600ft? Air temp 22-90 deg F. Humidity (I know it matters a little but who cares). Am I forgetting anything?

      Okay aric. Well, the main components in your system are mainly stock. Stock carburetor is small. Stock exhaust header is small. Opening the back end of the exhaust will help flow, but this set up is still restricted. That's okay. Nothing wrong with that, but even with the porting you did, the intake and exhaust is still restricted, so your engine would be considered a mildly advanced engine, so the high compression head (5.0cc) would be the best choice in my opinion. Thanks

      I strongly recommend non oxy-it's alot better for your engine and you get more power out of your engine

    • @DOTdirtbiker
      @DOTdirtbiker 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's ok. That's why I add a fifth of whiskey x 4. I mean diesel fuel. When you're riding accross the continent you can only add what is available to buy, esp. Mexico. And some NF octane booster cause of its space and weight savings.

    Hi Fred.Thank you for all your Very informative videos and great products.I do have a question about the alloy heads.I'm thinking of boosting the output voltage of the coil into the Plasma Plug range and using one.Will the 5.5 withstand the extra heat at the plug's spark?

      I don't know much about different fuels, but if you want to go that fast, you would probably want a high compression head (5.0) and use an alcohol fuel like methanol. You can even add some nitro to that. Again, I don't have any experience using those fuels. You would probably use a small sprocket, like a 28 tooth.

    Always recommend getting more volume in your head because these engines tend to detonate. 7.0cc is actually a good idea for reliability.

    Hi fred i wanted to ask you, have you used thos aluminum frames with a gas tank built in many online sellers offer? Do you think it is safe for speeds over 35 mph? I want to build a high performance bike but i havent quite found a frame i feel to be strong and safe enough.

    • @Energi2DmaxX
      @Energi2DmaxX 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +jose jimenez I know its an old post, but I wouldn't really trust one of the frames going over 35mph. And other variables apply... double walled rims, heavy gauge spokes, tires, riders weight ect ect.

    Your talking way to technical for 99.9% of people watching this they don't understand a damn thing you're saying you need to learn how to explain things in layman terms were these people or understand like a look you got to stock PK 80 motor this is the head you want to use.

      Bill Pfann On the contrary I found it informative and not too technical at all, I think he shares his expertise wonderfully and am damn glad he doesn’t treat his audience like idiots as many of us are knowledgeable in small motors and enjoy upping our game.
