Now for better cooling you can always buy a hand held dremel tool and diamond cut the fins or take a more simple approach and dimple the fins giving more surface area to cool down. There’s plenty of how to videos floating around and it does make a difference with heat transfer, and it looks cool when the sun hits it. Here’s some advice for the beginner dimpler, go light around first so if you mess up all you have to do is sand all the edges down and it’s like it never happened. Find an old lawnmower someone is throwing out and pull the finned head off of it and practice on that first, and thanks for the videos you make for us the viewers. All the best!
I've experienced significant drafting effects from the wake of a large truck at speed. This may be one of the reasons you hit a new top speed immediately after the truck went by you. Nice video!
Hey Tony love the video I have been wondering about the Heat range of a few of those heads for a while now. As well I was thinking about getting the tall round head as it looked like it could dissipate heat faster, But was wondering if it had good compression. Thanks for answering 2 very important questions for me. I think I will be getting a newer head now to replace my stock angle fire head. Thanks motorized bike brother.
Well done ! I'm really curious about that double spark head. More importantly I'd like to know how to set that up and what to get. Wonder if they make c&c head that has a double spark to it.
I knew that the dual spark plugs head would make more power... your bike was 4stroking everytime you were riding with every head especially when you would give it a little throttle but with the dual spark plugs head your engine was so smooth...I will be buying that set up for myself...
The 4 stroking is so bad, the data needs to be taken with a grain of salt because of how poorly the engine is running. And those compression numbers are painfully low. However thank you for taking the time to make this video, some of it is informative. Also th
I've got 1 of my bikes with stock head that has 132 PSI.. the other has the hi compression head at 110 psi just like his did. Seems like the stock head i have must have a smaller squish gap?
@@rodneygagnon9381 yes or the deck on the head is lower. Squish is the shape of the dome in comparison to the piston crown. You want them to match or be close to it.
I have the first head you tried. I'm having trouble getting it to close the gap fully. One side has a small gap between the head and cylinder. Any tips??
Can bike berry make their own custom cnc double spark plug high compression head ?? Just make them inline like the original dual spark plug head but make the fin design your own. I know I'd pay $90 for one because dual spark HAS to burn better but compression HAS to be right and with that added heat your cnc head would make it very efficient
I wonder if drilling a few small holes on the "Ash tray" would help with cooling? If you look at all the other heads, they have channels for the air to either flow thru or around where as if you look at the ash tray, its literally just a block of aluminum with no channels for the air to go thru/around
@@Bobs-yer-uncle funny you ask. I was stoked to do the bikes maiden yesterday but I couldn't get it started. Back to the bench, pulled a plug to see what it looks like, and felt my gut twist from what it said. The piston was hitting the plugs enough to close the gap...🙄wrong plugs!! There are very tiny impact marks on the piston but I don't think there's any noteable damage....so now I'm waiting for the right plugs. I'll keep you posted...thanks!😁
@@3DWHIZZ so I did the same thing stay away from the ngk bp6hs or anything saying bp it means the plug protrudes further into the chamber but my piston seems to be just fine good luck 👍
@@Bobs-yer-uncle I was using the ngk BR6HS, which from what I've read, is the recommended plug. Then I tried Autolite 2974. Still too long in one hole. Then tried ngk bpmr74 which is a tiny bit shorter yet, still touches in one hole. I did notice when I had the head n cylinder off that the holes aren't situated symmetrically. One is closer to the center than the other and it's very noticeable. Of course the next question would be "did you remember to put the base and head gaskets back on?" Yep I did,...I knew I did but checked anyway.....sooooo wtf is going on? This is going to require a very short plug Edit...the second ngk was a BPMR7'A'
The 2 sparkplug head most likely does a more complete fuel burn in the combustion chamber, resulting in what appears to be faster throttle response and more power over all, just caying
I recently bought a bike engine, but it came with oil and the oil went everywhere, can I just start the engine or do I need to do something, before starting it?

Great video and testing. I like how you left the results up top as you continued to test the other heads.
By far the best comparison of heads, done to one standard . Easy to follow.
I know excess friction causes additional and unwanted heat so checking heat ratings is a very good idea

Glad this helped my man. Was really good seeing their true performance!
Build break fix channel just did this and ironically the cheap cast one from Amazon for 20 bucks gave the best performance and ran the coolest
Which head are you talking about???
Good video. I would love to see a comparison video between spark plug types, brands, and heat ranges.
The ashtray module 💀😂
I like the sound of the double spark head..
Great job on the video
I really like these comparison videos
So helpful aren’t they!
Heck yeah, awesome thanks

Yes,they do make a cnc version..Sorry,but I don't recall the name.It does take a cdi with 2 plug wires.
That was a good video. I like the comparisons of them.
So what is the name & brand of the dual plug head?
Thank you so much! The dual plug head is on the BikeBerry website my man!
my honda jazz 4 cyclinder has 8 iridium spark plugs, changed them at 100k miles, they looked fine
Small 2 strokes need their plugs changed often
Nobody cares about your granny mobile
Great concept, getting advanced,
Is it possible you caught some of that trucks draft, giving you a couple extra mph?

Why did you wait to take the temperature of the dual plug head?
Good video keep making them😅
The ashtray head is designed for the coller wether,
1 thing I've always heard about bikeberry is that they wasn't berry helpful. More complaints then satisfied customers. That's sad.
still waiting on the double plug head test.
is psi engine power then?
Buen video
Once you get a head that stays cool, the next thing to worry about is the piston😋

You can see burnt oil on the plug sealing surface for the ashtray shaped head. That's why it ran worse than stock, you didn't install it correctly...
I just bought one How do we put it on????
Hey man someone is using your account to scam people on the giveaways that you use to do so please be careful. God speed brothers!
Thanks for the heads up brother!
2nd video with non bike berry heads?
Nvm forgot this was the actual bike berry channel 🤦🏻♂️😅
Its a shame you didnt CC the combustion chambers or even show us what they looked like.
What CDI box are you using?
