Is there a reason you don't use "spaceballs" or rubber pieces to center your panels for your assemblies. I have done it with and without, just wondering why you choose no added items between panel and dado.
Just clicked on this video, so maybe you have already addressed it, but anyway, how do you prevent warping? I see doors that are factory made that warp like almost 2 cm, so I have told myself to never try to make doors out of wood.
I like to start with accurately cut parts and you want to make sure the wood is properly dried. We occasionally have a door warp a Little but nothing g too major.
enjoy learning the process from a pro...keep the vids coming. i'm just a hobbyist looking to build my own cabinets for my garage/house.

I’ve used some foam pieces before but I’ve never had any issues when not using them so I usually don’t bother.

What width are your door rails and stiles?
2 1/4”
