- A new sketchbook can seem daunting and scary. Lets get messy and trash a few pages. By making a few marks on the clean white pages you can free up your creative spirit, and let yourself explore.

Great ideas!! I can't handle😮 blank, white pages, so try to do all kinds of things to avoid them!

That was fun to watch! I loved looking through your sketchbook. Those 9 and 4 panel pages gave me some good ideas. And I never thought of ripping the pages of a precious blank sketchbook 😵 but I will have to give that a try! Thanks for sharing!

Hello.. Yes, I know what you mean. Are you in the UK? This book is from my local art shop. It has 300gsm paper with a hardback cover. However, I use a very wide variety of sketchbooks and I often make my own. I'll be posting a video on making your own simple book very soon. A sketchbook needs to suit your needs. For watercolour and very wet work, you'll need good quality paper, but for collage, gel printing and doodling, a cheaper, more lightweight is perfect. Thanks for watching, Love Cate
