Wow! This was an intense period of culinary preparation! You admirably maintained high standards throughout the brief session (which, unfortunately, timed out for viewers after only thirteen minutes). Kudos! Again, I do not know how any on-site chef can tolerate the shrill, whiney voice of your colleague, whose irrelevant babble can but set the kitchen crew on edge! Your unyielding and admirable focus seemed to override the surrounding tumult -- another cipher of consummate professionalism! On another note: I am currently authoring an extended magazine-invited review of Chicago's three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Alinea, which you recently named and where I dined last week. What do you want from the guy? He can’t choose what the customers order. He works in an Italian restaurant so it’s not like he can cook a smash burger or something. If you don’t like it then don’t watch it simple.

This is the reason I cook at home....nothing tasted or seasoned, same dirty cloth touching every surface repeatedly. No thanks.
