A markedly broad splay of composed dishes, each of which sparkled before you sent it forth. Even the white serving plates shone all the more brightly as you re-polished them one by one. And the array of sauces -- nuanced, complex, properly colorful, often flanked by fresh green salads -- would surely have satiated the most discriminating of palates. Bravissimo! As noted, I have this week completed and submitted for publication in-depth reviews of dinner at Alinea (Chicago) and at Le Saint-Amour (Quebec City). Both noteworthy experiences -- though each strikingly different from the other. Two intimate dining excursions -- worlds apart!

The sauce does look pink on my screen. I hope it is pink in real life. Lol! I don't care what color it is, I know from where I'm add it looks delicious.
