I bought some fresh corn at the farm stand yesterday, just for soup. 🤞🤞 I hoped for a recipe and here it is. Rachel, I’d love to know more about the different chilis. I like warmth, hubs loves very hot, so maybe something in the middle.

Thanks! I am going to make this! I am American, living in Bogota, Colombia and often cant get a lot of ingredients, but can get these! I miss the vegetables from Vermont where our corn is incredible and many others, but here, while their corn is what we fed cows, there are so many fruits, I dont know what 75% of them are in the market. I try new ones and sometimes I win, sometimes not so much LOL. Thank you Host and best wishes to other posters
I can't watch most people taste their food.....but I most certainly can watch and enjoy when Rachel samples hers! I love the pure satisfaction and enjoyment she expresses as she tastes her food for us.....I just love it!!!!
Rachel, that corn chowder looks sooo good. Agree that fresh corn is best, frozen a good second, but if canned is what you have then still would make this yummy-comfort-belly-filler. Your Ron is a lucky fellow. 🥰
