I wouldn't necessarily said that he "fought" much in the war, he did get his "silver star" for being up on a hill covered in his friend's blood and guts. I wouldn't consider him a war hero by heart, he was very cogent as a lieutenant sucking up to that of the higher ranks of the marine corp who of which made people like Kelso, envy him for his valor. The war may have harden him but he has always been the same apprehensive person who rides the coat tails of that of the department to suck up to the higher up thinking he is the "hero" the city needed and when he got caught for his adultery scandal almost everybody such as, Biggs called him out for being the "hero" he really thought he was.

Some of these lines sound good, some of them sound like they could use some work. A lot of the lines are for indoor environments, but there are some which happen outdoors and yet you still hear the actors' voices reverbing off the walls of the recording studio. I don't know if they had any acoustic foam padding to soundproof the room, but I think it would have helped a little to have this to prevent the sound from bouncing around or echoing. Maybe record some of the lines outside so they don't sound like the actors are indoors, even though they are outdoors?
I kinda like it tbh, gives me that old school low quality recording feeling
The problem being they had to sit in the camera setup with cameras at every angle to scan into the game correctly. This was early days where it wasn't so easy, so an outdoor setting probably wasn't feasible.

The issue isn't that people don't respect them, it's that people don't trust them, and there's some legitimacy behind that distrust. Cops should be punished much more heavily when they act out of line, especially for overuse of police brutality. Yelling and using cusswords doesn't count as police brutality or a violation of any police protocol in my book, though.
@Drumslav Czechisenko where I'm from, there have been a lot of people that have been killed by drunk drivers in the last few years. I can see why he'd want to beat you up. And you're crying about professionalism.
