Well I'll say it again you to just accent each other when you're showing a camper, I love to watch you two demonstrate one of these. Well it looks like it'll be probably a year 2 years before I can get my camper and get on the road and when I do I'll certainly hope we cross path at any rate you too have a great day and please stay safe. TQ out
Well as my wife well knows as do I and we've talked about this but she only has about a year-and-a-half left and then I won't have her anymore. Right now all the hospital bills are keeping me from even attempting to get a camper but after she's gone I plan on getting one and hitting the road maybe we'll see each other sometime you never know I'll be in and out of LJ from time to time. Y'all have a great day stay safe. TQ out
Ok, I'm sold....selling the house and getting one of these and a two or three year old dually. Will pull an aluminum cargo trailer with my motorcycle/kayak/fishing gear/and other odds and ends. Thank you to the owner of this beautiful camper for letting us take a peek inside.
Very nice camper . just picked up my palamino1200 back pack i just installed a set of fishing rod holders and also a wave 3 heater for when im in areas with no plug ins . planning first trip next week cant wait
Nice, have fun out there and safe travels. Maybe we'll see you on the road at some point! 👍. The palomino back pack looks like a very cool camper! Thank you for watching!
It’s nice to have an awning over the refrigerator. That really helps on sunny days. I really like that U dinette. For a solo traveler like me, that would be a great place to hang out in a rainy day. I just wish it would comfortably ride on a SRW one ton. Decisions, decisions. Gary did a great job with his tweaks!
Thank you for the tour and also thank Gary and his wife for allowing you to video there Northern Lite! I have been looking at this model Northern Lite for my Chevy dually. Keep up the great work!
I love this camper, this layout and the wood. I don't care for the latest decor with the greystone wood, black and red decor. Guess it's geared towards men, but not for me! I don't understand how it seems more open with the u-shape dinette vs the face to face but it does. I really love this camper!
One of us likes the u-shaped dinette and one of us doesn't. We compromised on the face to face and it wasn't too bad. We have enjoyed our 2019 Northern Lite 10-2 but we are currently selling it because we wanted a little more storage and a dry bath. Thanks for watching!
I've been having a real hard time deciding between this model or the 10.4 Bigfoot. The bigfoot dry bath is incredible and much better insulation and a bigger furnace. I love the NL shade system but don't want the plastic windows.
We have been going back to that Bigfoot too. That dry bath is AMAZING! Good luck picking one. Let us know if and when you get one. It's always cool to hear what people choose. Thank you for watching!
I live near the factories where both of these are built. I mentioned how much I hate their old style blind system and wished it was more like NL and saw a sneek pic of a new blind system that works with the non plastic window frames.
Oh sorry, I misread. We like the larger Bigfoot because of the height in the shower. The Bigfoot with the wet bath will not work for us because of the shower height. Obviously we love the Bigfoots! 😁
Just wondering... are you thinking of upgrading and fixing up the camper you have now, then selling it and using that money to buy a newer camper? Seems like you REALLY like the newer model!
@Roads of Life we still toy with the idea of doing that. We love the idea of the truck Camper but do love the room in our Bigfoot. I think if we decide to keep the truck Camper, at some point we will sell the Bigfoot and the Northern Lite and we will probably get a Bigfoot 10.4. we love the size of the dry bath in it even though it had a shorter bed. I guess time and some more camping in our Northern Lite, will tell 😁. Thanks for watching!
New here nice stuff guys. We are outdoors and travel people as well. We used to have a lance 845, now we have jayco 21qb trailer. We want to go back to a lance or northern lite. Nice reviews. Happy travels. We are in northern Michigan. How about you guys. Have a great night. Full watch here.
adventure Rhoades we are in Woodstock, Georgia. It's a little warmer here in the winter 😁 we would like to get up there sometime in the summer, we've seen videos and it looks like you guys have some nice camping in your state. Thank you for watching! -Carla
This plays like a paid ad for the NL camper. I would rather have seen a more objective review and some mention of the deficiencies. I could see a whole bunch of what would be negatives for me and I am sure there are many more. A potential buyer looking at this video could easily be mislead and overlook the issues.

Hi Terry Queen,. Thanks for your nice comments and for watching. I hope you get your camper soon.

James Velvet, I totally agree! I absolutely love this camper!
Well folks you did it, all your hard WORK paid off it's very clean with a lot of room !
This one isn't ours, it's one of our subscribers who let us tour his at a meet up. We loved it!
Sorry about that, had the volume off (wife watching favorite TV show - that I don't care for))@@RunawayRoses
Haha, no problem. I do that sometimes too. 😁👍
Enjoy the show hope you guys are enjoying your camper
@Bill Blecher thank you, we are! Thank you for watching! ~Carla

While a great camper indeed, there's lots to appreciate about your camper, too! Thanks to you, Gary & his wife for this video.

I pack mine on 2006 F350 6.0 4x4.
I did add air bags and torsion bar. I have no trouble packing the same camper.
@@scallywag6768 single rear wheel? Or dually?
@@jsmith71251 single rear wheel. I am over the GVW, but the truck doesn't know that. Packs it just fine. I also pull a small boat behind.
Thank you for the tour and also thank Gary and his wife for allowing you to video there Northern Lite! I have been looking at this model Northern Lite for my Chevy dually. Keep up the great work!
This one is great, I absolutely loved the u-shaped dinette! 👍
Oh...I see a new one in the future. Nice camper!
We'd have to sell some campers to afford a new one 😁. They sure are nice!
Congrats you did an awsome job.See you next time.
Thanks Claude! Thank you for watching!
There is also storage under the step to the bunk area and under the middle dinette seat has some as well.
Wow, I knew about the storage under the step but didn't know about the storage under the seat. That's good to know. Thank you for watching our video!
Nice camper, we have the 17, Dry Bath. Our dinette is on the rear passenger side corner which makes for a open floor plan.
@Truck Camper Canada we do love that model. Similar to ours but with a dry bath. Thank you for watching! ~Carla
Good tour stop drooling LOL !
LOL, could you tell? We really did like this model. We would prefer the dry bath but I really do like the u-shaped dinette like Gary's. 😁
There biggest upgrade was increasing the height.👍🏻

irok1d - both are very comparable. We bought a NL only because we couldn’t pass up package deal with a truck.
Does that basement storage area lock?
@R & A Taylor yes the basement storage area does lock. Thank you for watching! ~Carla

@@RunawayRoses a lot of nice camping up here. No snakes at least no poisonous ones:)
It's hard to believe your in the back of truck bed.
We love are Bigfoot TC 2500 9_6
Gary Ferguson, I know! When we were camping in ours, I had to keep reminding myself that it fits in the back of the truck. Pretty amazing, I think! 😮
👍👍👍
