I have AA truck. I bought it when I was 15. Had my Brother help me tow it home with dads Ford 601 tractor. My father helped me get it running, and I drove it to school all the time. I have never restored it. It still wears its original paint with a clear coat I put over it to protect it. I use it to haul fire wood get chicken feed or other things.
I love in Franklin Raised here until 7 moved to Greeneville TN which is just few min down the road from Parottsville TN where Popcorn is buried. RIP LEGEND ✌️🙏💯
I posted this as a reply already but here it goes as a standalone comment. Compare this legend to Buster Welch. Popcorn is the moonshine legend, alot of people say they wish they could talk with him. I say you shouldn't be talking but rather sitting down and listening to whatever this legend has to offer. Take notes... Edit.* Forgot to thank Sucker Punch Pictures for Sharing this legends wisdom and knowledge and experiences.
Since lots of you don't speak the king's English a mater is a tomato. I remember Popcorn saying "this will be my last run of makin likker". I remember him saying it about 10 different times.lol
That's hilarious..my dad's parents passed away about 15 years ago..about 10 years ago a bunch of us got together to go through some stuff we didn't go through when we cleaned out their place.....we found a receipt for a Morris Minor from Dearborn Ford in Kamloops BC....off the lot $75 ....he drove a car off a dealership lot for $75!!! Needless to say my sister and I certainly couldn't believe it
Oregon boy this guy is a fugging legend I wish I had a model a I'd put a cummings engine and tranny in it and have a awesome build since I'm out a nice dodge wrecked broken bones but still alive love popcorn rest in peace my friend
I had an ol 48 Plymouth 4door but the engine seized up, it was gave to me. I wanted to put a Dodge truck running gear in it but I never did and it was worth alot the way it was...I wish I could've met Popcorn but it's hard to tell cause he'd come to Wva and I think I may have met him but I's to drunk to remember
i thought he was going. to say he used his $75 to but tires for his model A in stead he buys a Plymouth. 🤔 he could have fixed it up since he was working.

The legend himself!
When someone says what will you take for something, always ask them what will you give
