I just thought I would mention this if anybody else has the same problem I do. I have arthritis in my hands and can tend to get tendonitis in my arms so doing this workout I took my ankle weights and wrapped them around my wrists instead of having to hold dumbbells.
This was wonderful! I love that it was ten minutes. That is about my attention span. I am so glad II found you!
