Maybe a redstone villager who could sell you some daylight sensors, observers, minecarts, hoppers, and other kinds of redstone devices that are kind of a grind to get for moderate prices. They’d buy redstone and slimeballs.

Luke if you create a superflat world in 1.17 or earlier and upgrade to 1.18.2 or later you'll get structures like strongholds pillager outposts ruined portals and mineshafts and you'll be able to build 64 layers below the bedrock
Doing this in bedrock is so much harder, though you can make progress. No nether, but through wandering traders and patrols you can get water and trees. Then through oak trees you can gain apples. Then using the water you can drown zombies to gain drowned. Through enough drowned you can get copper. Using several copper you can make a lightning rod. Through a lightning rod you can electrocute pigs gaining pigmen which can drop gold nuggets. Through the gold and the apples you can get a golden apple. Through a golden apple and a witch throwing a splash potion of weakness you should be able to cure a zombie villager. From here you can finally start making a village and really progressing
(And to light up your base you must gain glow stone from witches or red stone from witches. However you can still spawn proof your base easier using carpets)
If you do it before the caves and cliff part 2 update, you can buy moss instead of sapling for wood, which only costs 1 emerald instead of 5. Bonemeal the moss until you get an azalea, then bonemeal that to gain an azalea tree. It will take a lot of bones, but emeralds early game are incredibly rare to come by, so this is worth it early game. You can always get oak saplings later
If I get 5 diamonds I would make the pick and mine 3 obsidian and then make with rest two diamonds an enchanting table to up grate the tools fro fortune 3 You should try it

idk if anybody really cares but back in probably 2016 minecraft, the nether was indeed also super flat. it was just in a very small box of bedrock. the bedrock walls weren't smooth at all either, they were really rough looking. anyways that's my pointless piece of trivia

i know you wanna try this challenge but your on bedrock so heres what ur gonna do to start urself off: put on hard mode NOT hardcore as you CANT get bonus chests in hardcore as an option, the reason you HAVE to use bonus chests is because bedrock doesnt have villages on there superflats anymore (sucks to be us i know but we can work around this, plus it makes the challenge harder and more interesting if your into that sorta thing!) when you make the world, if your bonus chest doesnt have OAK TREES or atleast 2 APPLES, make a new one, otherwise you wont be able to get villagers and ALOT of new items, and every man made item in superflat is very scarce, once you made a house your gonna wanna wait for zombies to drop enough iron for a cauldron and a bucket, once you have that you can farm, fish (poorly) make a zombie farm that turns them into drowns (once you have this you can obtain copper which is then used to make a lightning rod) make a massive pig farm with your house, put the liughtning rod in the middle, once the lightning strikes and there zombie piglins, kill them for gold items and gold nuggets, then use that gold to make a golden apple, once you have a trapped zombie villager,try to get a witch to throw potion of weakness at you AND the villager at the same time, give bro that golden apple, kill the witch, protect bro turn him into lecturn guy as there isnt a way to get flint here so youll have to ell this guy wool, but because you have a waterbucket now a sheep farm shouldnt be hard to make either, at that point your kind of set, remeber the 2 APPLES? use the extra one on another villager, make villagers frick, have village of ur own, i dont know if this will spawn raiders with totems and emeralds as loot but if it does good luck, thats all i know for know, if someone out there is reading this and it helped, my job here i done, leave me a like if this helped!! :D

@@carlar6343 drowned** Also they spawn in river and ocean biomes, meaning they're biome dependent. If you're talking about zombie conversion then yes they will turn into drowned but zombies do not spawn in water so there is no way a zombie would be a drowned unless 1 spot is not spawnproofed.
I'm so mad 1.16 nerfed superflat customization. I want to beat the game in a world made of glass with cool nether wood and not just the occasional incredibly rare oak tree. (For clarification you used to be able to generate other structures in superflat worlds, not just villages and nether structures. This is no longer the case).
@@bruhmode283 Yes you can! You go into "installations" in the minecraft launcher. 1.15.2 works for this. You can look up superflat customization generators online (the interface is confusing and you need to know Computer Things to use it without one)

It still spawned mobs there and also glowstone and nether quartz but besides those I am pretty sure you can't get soul sand from what I remember about that nether.

Bonemeal the grass to get flowers then put the flowers next to a tree and let it grow, after that there is a chance to get a bee hive for honey and that is sugar.
I feel the most under appreciated part of these videos is the fact that they are always an exact time. The 100 days are always exactly 30 minutes. The 300 days tour is 44:44. 1000 days is 1:30:00. The 1000 days tour is 1:11:11. 2000 days is 2:00:00.
try doing an "artificial forest" where you get a bunch of saplings, create some hills and a flowing river, get some flowers and transform a flat world into a semi not flat world, also make 200 days :)

Hey Luke the reason why the Eye of Ender didn't work is because strongholds don't spawn in 1.16 Superflat so you'd have to play this in 1.15 can actually beat the dragon

I remember on Xbox 360 Minecraft years ago when I played Xbox 360 Minecraft that the nether on a superflat world was also flat.

@@halfpintsurvivor yeah, I think by a few thousand blocks smaller than the nether now but you could reach the side walls by flying at least 2 thousand blocks away. It still spawned mobs there and also glowstone and nether quartz but besides those I am pretty sure you can't get soul sand from what I remember about that nether.

Bonemeal the grass to get flowers then put the flowers next to a tree and let it grow, after that there is a chance to get a bee hive for honey and that is sugar.
I feel the most under appreciated part of these videos is the fact that they are always an exact time. The 100 days are always exactly 30 minutes. The 300 days tour is 44:44. 1000 days is 1:30:00. The 1000 days tour is 1:11:11. 2000 days is 2:00:00.

Hey Luke the reason why the Eye of Ender didn't work is because strongholds don't spawn in 1.16 Superflat so you'd have to play this in 1.15 can actually beat the dragon

step 2 - put one of the blocks on top of you
step 3 - wait without moving so your hunger bar won't go down
step 4 - profit
