you probably dont give a damn but does anyone know a way to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the account password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me!
@Vincent Arjun Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I have known Rob for about 10 years he is a great guy and has a huge passion for these cars and he puts that passion in every customer's car. Rob will sing to you that's for sure you just got to catch him on the right day. Huge respect for Z Car Garage and Rob Fuller!!!🤘
This looks like the type of shop one would be proud to work in and represent. I love specialty shops like these especially with the vintage race cars and all the extra memorabilia in the office/ waiting room!
So goooood!!!! I love seeing other builders and cars that glean nothing but that blood, sweat, and tears. There's a magic to cars when people love em! Thank You Larry!
Mrs. Butter is an incredible Z! Did he leave the dings and paint faults out of sentiment? I'm so impressed with Rob & Z-Car Garage's attitude that I just may drive my 240 all the way to California when it comes time to modify (which I think will be pretty soon)!
An “inspection/service light”!? And those steel access panels that swing, a bay that actually has room to work... So cool that a manufacturer would design a car to make it easier to work on. Unfortunately those days are long gone. Such an awesome drivers car of the day!
Those engine bays are so wide a Big Block Chevy engine fits in it easily. Plus you can replace the starter on the inline 6 engine, by just leaning over the fender. 👍🏽
Full Body Joe cool. When I first got into cars I built a few 240sx’s. My uncle had a 240z and I thought it was really cool. I’d love to build a fast one some day with good suspension and brakes.
@@justinturner4850 I have a 260Z that put a Turbo 2JZ engine in. N/A 2J, added the turbo and standalone. Damn thing scares the crap out of me when I step on it, doing 70 mph. Pulls like a freight train.
My first car was a 77' Toyota Corolla (KE30) my sister had a 77' (620) Datsun pickup and my best friend had a 74' Celica (TA22) All at the same time (early 90's) so my love for 70's Japanese cars started at a young age. I've owned many 70's Z's,620's,Celica's and Corolla's since then and am currently putting parts together for a 82' TE72 hatch #longliveoldJDMcars
I bought ny 90' NA Z32 from a coworkers friend for 700 bucks. The owner originally wanted $3,800 for it and I was interested but I slept on it and made sure I really wanted it. Turned out his friend wanted it too, took it for a test drive, and curb'd it real bad. 1 week went by and my coworker told me the new price. Picked it up that same weekend. Only thing that was wrong with it was that it didn't start (starter motor went out) and that almost everything on the passenger side suspension wise had to be replaced. It's still a work in progress, but it's amazing to see how much they go for now because a while back no one was interested.
o god I miss that sound; you could tell it had triples, just because of that magical warble; and it had the perfect mags on too! mine were Enkeis, off a rally RS240, but looked just like the Panasports.
I live in San Jose. I can see where you are, 4th street. You passed 4th street bowl under 17- 880 freeway toward Hedding street. I saw that video with the electric Porsche down south, and now your here in my home town. Cool !
I like Salvador Dahli's kid owning a Z shop. An Artist of an Artist.... Larry Chen good for you to always shoot in small enthusiast shops around the globe. It's good to see his shop from here in Florida. Cars at his shop get like a few seconds of video leaving the shop.. in other words not enough , internet of "Z car garage" Here come's Larry Chen ( been in Japan and uk at all the car shows.. wanting to get his S30 back up to speed ) and two videos so far dedicated to the Z garage. " RIPE"
Had my 1980 280ZX Anniversery edition serviced there with only 35000 orig a few years back when I used to live in the bay area. They do excellent work there.
Love these past two episodes! I own a 240Z so they were exciting to watch. A word of advice, keep both hands on the wheel when not shifting! Especially when driving unfamiliar and fast cars. :)
Is the 2nd gear synchro going out? Dam man..... this is a dream car garage. The S30 is my favorite car of all time. Oh how I love these cars. I wish Nissan would contact the Z car garage owner to consult on the development of the upcoming Z. This guy knows his cars and his customers.
Man. I sold my 1971 Datsun 240z in 1994 and struggled to get $4200 for it. Today that car is worth big $$$. It had a race cam, extractors, custom exhaust, triple SU's, and sounded very much like Mrs Buttersworth. That 2.4 litre strength six motor used to come on cam at 3500 rpm and bark right up to 6500-7000 revs all day. God I miss that car.
That defined inline tone is a 6 cylinder tripple weber or jdm caburetor tone which you don't get anymore in South Africa we got those engines in the RD30 skylines with L28 engines but many guys on the streets stroked those engines to 3.0L in South Africa. Nissan South Africa Rallied skylines in the 1980s no other country had factory backed skylines in the 1980s. TH-cam it. We ran our own Group B series due to sactions againts the country back then.
I own a z31 and it's so hard to find parts for the thing, super sad to hear when a real mechanic can't find them either. One day I'll be able to fully restore mine lol!
Quafflez ive been in the z31 community for a few years now. Parts are becoming more and more available. All the parts you need are available. You just gotta know where to look
To own a z31 is to become a master mechanic and fabricator. Parts are not impossible. If you cant find parts you are not looking in the right direction. These arent ebay cars. The z31 community is vast and alive.
Hey I know that gtu car! My grandpa is Rich Johnston driver of that car back in the day! If you guys want any more pictures of it back in the glory days please message me!
*To all the Z owners scrolling through the comments.. If you're able to, hold onto your Z's, even if they're in less than great shape. Chances are, you bought yours many years ago, when they were much cheaper overall. Now, even basket case N/A Z32's are a small fortune - more if they run/drive.. twin turbo cars are even more of course. Checking Craigslist, right now, within 2,000 miles (that's roughly the distance from my state, to California) of me, there are..4 Z32's and 5 Z31's for sale.. Nine..nine Z's within 2,000 miles of me. I sadly had to sell my Z32 some years ago, but when I bought mine a decade ago, there were many many Z32's listed on Cragislist for example, all at pretty reasonable prices - same thing for Z31's. But now, have fun finding even a decent one, (one that hasn't been poorly maintained overall/in bad shape or poorly modified) at a decent price. I was lucky, in finding a 100% stock 93 Z32 2+2, in red w/black leather, (original power/drivetrain I believe) that ran and drove, for $2,000. Good luck finding something like that now.*

@Vincent Arjun It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my ass!
@Morgan Mathew glad I could help :)
This guy's passion is infectious! If he does another historic in the future, please Larry accompany him and film / photograph!
110x yes this please
And 3 beautiful carbs to go along for the ride!
Rob rocks!
Rob is maybe the coolest guy I've seen featured on this channel yet!
More Rob!
I wish more car shops were like this guy and the stories of the car.
How can you not love this guy and his garage, so experienced yet so humble ☺
I have known Rob for about 10 years he is a great guy and has a huge passion for these cars and he puts that passion in every customer's car. Rob will sing to you that's for sure you just got to catch him on the right day. Huge respect for Z Car Garage and Rob Fuller!!!🤘
Love this shop owner...he seems so sincere and appreciative. If I ever own a Z - he's getting my business!
Rob is a saint of a man, beautiful to see such a thing still in this world. Never change man.
I love how he knows every car owners name and something about them. !!!!
This looks like the type of shop one would be proud to work in and represent. I love specialty shops like these especially with the vintage race cars and all the extra memorabilia in the office/ waiting room!
Rob is an amazing man! You could hear in his voice how happy explaining stuff made him! Much love to hoonigan and zcargarage
If you want to see what true passion is, just watch him talk about that race car! Great episode, please show more of Rob and what his shop puts out!
One of the best car related episodes ever. I would so buy a Z-Garage restomod over any other, if I had the money..
So goooood!!!! I love seeing other builders and cars that glean nothing but that blood, sweat, and tears. There's a magic to cars when people love em! Thank You Larry!

this is some of the best content i have ever seen. Love Old Z cars.
Just the way he talks about cars just makes me want to cry its so true so genuine. Thank you larry for this content 🙏🙏
27 Seconds ago? Just sat down for dinner. Perfect timing.
This wholesome content is what I needed
Great Episode ,he's a dude who knows his Z cars and what a sleeper Mrs Butter's is 😎😊😋
If Nissan wants to make some money, they would just restart the manufacturing of our S30's. Such a timeless look.
They never should have left it,, classic like the 911 only faster ;)
Unfortunately safety regulations wouldn’t allow it
Can we see the engine? Gets 8 seconds of footage of the motor, 3 minutes of nostalgia. Love it!
This makes me want to send my 72’ to zcar garage because I know it will be well cared for.
Larry and the AutoFocus team keep raising the bar for content. Awesome work everyone.
A white Z is my dream car, so I was practically DROOLING at this video. Keep up the great content!
Dude is living the "life" dream
Much love to Rob, Josh and the ZCG Team!
Rob, again, the beard/stash is looking killer
- Corey
You can easily tell how happy Rob is simply from just driving Butter around
An “inspection/service light”!? And those steel access panels that swing, a bay that actually has room to work... So cool that a manufacturer would design a car to make it easier to work on. Unfortunately those days are long gone. Such an awesome drivers car of the day!

Rest In Peace Joel Anderson, beautiful car and beautiful livery design
I love the fact that butters has the factory radio. So cool!

WOW MAN, I have LOVED the z cars ever since I saw my first one, this place is a freaking dream.
This is why this channel is so great: Larry meets people who are passionate and dedicated. It's not a job for them - it's a life purpose! :-)
Mrs ButterZ you sound sooo good! Rob is the man!
the sound the build enzo is spinning good job

thank you Larry, everyone drive your Z cars.... that 3.2 sings nice...

The only place my dad goes when he needs to work on his Datsun 280Z. 🤘 Bay Area, represent! 🌉

The sound of the first z reminded me of a very refined m52 nice bassy tone Inline six goodness
Thanks for great coverage. Checking in from SD, USA. Proud owner of an RHD JDM 1979 HGS130.
A 280zx was my first "Z" car that really got me into L-Series and z cars in general. Sad to hear he doesn't work on them at Z car Garage. 😣😣
What a nice guy Rob is, so obliging in showing us his passion for Z cars.
1:30-1:40 is really fast at Laguna Seca for a 350Z. McLaren Senna driven in 2019 had a time of 1:27
Wow.
@23:30 Damn Mrs. Butters does have some pretty sweet chop in her 👌 lovely car
Larry Dyno jet is not the "heartbreaker"
Mustang Dyno is...
Well they could have their dyno setup to give more realistic numbers
I like Salvador Dahli's kid owning a Z shop. An Artist of an Artist....

Larry your HAVE to check out 240z Guild in Madil, Oklahoma. I pass by it so much and the love for Datsun and Nissan is outstanding.
Love these past two episodes! I own a 240Z so they were exciting to watch.
A word of advice, keep both hands on the wheel when not shifting! Especially when driving unfamiliar and fast cars. :)
Just wanted to say Thank you Larry for the awesome content. Can’t wait to see what you have in store after this corona is over

Love that L block sound! I had a beat up 240K that had the same awesome sound..**wistfully stares off into the distant past**
I definitely have to make the journey over to the west coast just for this garage. I have some huge ideas I hopefully get some help with.
The new Z vids is some of my favorite videos

Mrs. Butter's idle sounds very evil despite it's look. Dang that was a legit sleeper!
I've been to San Francisco so many times and always intended to drop by his shop and never have. Next time for sure. 😃
Rob looks like a funny man. As in humourous guy. Only thing missing is a cigar, he'd remind me of Groucho Marks...
What a gorgeous Z. I love my z31 and z32TT. Would love to get my hands on an old school one.
bravi ragazzii. Belle emozioni ci regalate
Great Datsuns in this video! Rob is the man!

Man what an awesome tour!
As a 280ZX owner. That hurt. 😂
AutoFocus should go to UP Garage in University Place, WA. They are a great Nissan shop that specializes in R32/R33s.
Hey I know that gtu car! My grandpa is Rich Johnston driver of that car back in the day! If you guys want any more pictures of it back in the glory days please message me!
Curious to know if you have reached out to him directly. ???
Alias HSW I tried the Instagram page but didn’t hear anything!
Nothing like that Trombone tone.
I love how he drives.
First thing I've done on my 280zx is an entire break renovation 👍
