    I border all my small wall hangings this way. I think it’s more visually appealing, especially when you can see the entire piece at once.

    I now add all borders in this method! It works so well and is accurate. Thanks again for a simple, but easy border addition.

    You’ve made a lot of beautiful quilts before but I believe this one is the best. I love how you worked that pattern. I haven’t been quilting for a couple of years due to health problems. However, this gives me hope that I can get back to it. Thank you so much for sharing this.

    I just noticed, you have metal strip and magnets to hold up quilt for display. As clever as your border. Love them both. Great quilt and ideas for completing. That little one inch frame just sits perfectly. Tfs, hugs, Chel 🌸

    I love doing my borders like this. I'll sometimes make a very skinny 1/8" flange between the main body of the quilt and the border so it looks kind of like matted art, but I really like the thin border you have here. It frames the quilt so beautifully 🙂

    I loved this! Didn’t think I would with some of that fabric but it came together beautifully! Not sure if I like the darks to the center or the lights! Both options are great. ❤

    Really pretty quilting blocks and pattern. I'm confused about that last border though because it seems to me this way and other way use exactly the same amount of fabric including all four seams. What am I missing?

    When you make the hst do you sew on both sides of the center, or just saw one seam?
