I only recently discovered the Jabulani Herd, and am so grateful to find your interview with Adine Roode. I so very much wanted to learn more about her, as I very much admire her dedication and hard work. The HERD videos are quite educational, entertaining and emotional. She and all of the carers are Heros and Heroines in my eyes; humanity at its best.
Jabulani is huge now and a very sweet guy who is a great role model. Adine teaches the importance of each member of the herd they are a very close family. Adine and the carers work hard to make sure they are well taken care of. The herd will run to greet Adine each one with his/her unique personality, she’s their mommy on two legs. I’ve been watching for a while now and look forward to seeing more from the family ❤❤❤
Cannot state it enough how much the Jabulani Herd has made me super aware of the elephant plight and how magnificent these beautiful intelligent Beings are! Also never realized what a great sense of humor they have and how it playful and fun they are🥰🥰🥰 Thank you Adine and all the Caregivers💗
First time I've ever seen Adine in a home for people!🏡 She's up at dawn & stays out there in the bush & puts the elephants to bed each night along with her staff every day!🌼
God bless Adine, she is a REAL ONE who WALKS THE WALK, as with everyone on the HERD TEAM. I am so proud to be a supporter for a while now. What they do is BEYOND AMAZING. They take ACTION when most just talk. I would trust any Ele's life with her and her team, they are the best of the best. Now praying for new arrival Fenya, as well as our princess Khaniysa. See how all the Ele's behave and interact at HERD, that tells you all you need to know about her and her team and what they are doing. Again, may god bless all of them.
Born in Bulawayo in '49, left as a baby to live back down in South Africa, then, to leave once again aged 16, to live in UK, my greatest wish was always to visit my birthplace and the Vic., Fall's, though not now. To know the Jabulani herd, is Zimbabwean, it is to you someday I shall come. Your humbleness, is your crowning glory. X (Disclaimer: have been on my daughter Renee's laptop and my name is Cheryl V Bush) xx
I am just so inspired by Adine. She is such a special human being an amazing human to other inhabitants on our planet. What an incredible example of humanity. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The story behind the herd is awesome . Though it sounds easy and simple , I can imagine how much of yourselves you have put into it .. you don't look at it like work , it's ur life,! Also Wen Adobe talks about the herd , it's like talking about s family member. Not an animal! she knows her elephants and they her 🙏❤️💕 God bless you and your family and caregivers. And of course , the herd Someone should write your story , Adine . 🙏
There doesn't seem to be a real solution. The more we care and love the Ellie, the more we put Ellie's in danger of wanting to be with us. But, we leave them be and bad people hurt them.
