I'm doing 2 strength/plyo training and one plyo training per week the first month I got a 6 cm increase in my jump. In the following 2 months, no improvements. My jump is 30 inches now. What must I do to improve my jump?

So right now am 15 years old with a 32 inch vertical weighing 180 pounds, I don’t lift weights super often but I can squat 300 pounds with almost 0 experience and I am very good at 60 and 100 m, also I respond very well with training, I did some vertical training for maby 6 practices and increased vert by 4 inches, how long will it be until I have a 40 inch vert and how many inches can I get in a year. Hopefully u guys can help me out Sorry for my bad English as well, coming from Sweden so English is not my native language

There's no free weighted program anymore, but there is a free body weight program with the option to add weights. So the exercises are body weight exercises, but every exercise marked with an asterisk * symbol you have the choice to add weights (if you have them).
