Content is always dope my bro! Thanks for the consistency 🔥💯
I appreciate you 🙏🏽
Thanks for the video just started these workouts and I can tell they are working because my legs get tired after doing these
No problem!
Very good stretches gonna try it
Thanks
That was great
This is killer recovery 🙏🏾🙏🏾⚡ can you please add some active recovery movements in one of your next videos. Thankyou
Thanks bro! I’ll keep that in mind. All of those can be considered active recover movements.
How often should I be doing this?
God will praise you
Thank you KP, what are your thoughts on static stretching? Just did this and I feel great
I got no problem with it As long as it makes you feel good
@@coachkp I have read that stretching doesn’t prevent injury or soreness. I wanted to ask you if this was true? And is stretching something we should be doing? Your videos have great info so I would love your thoughts on this.
@@sundreamvideos2717 stretching doesn’t prevent injury but I can reduce the feeling of soreness. It’s not a bad thing. I think people should static stretch often. I would do it after a workout or on your off days.
@@coachkp thank you so much for your reply, this is very helpful.
Bro great vid but please make this into a 20 min follow along video. That way you'll get millions of views as people watch it over and over everytime they warm up. Thanks!
Thanks for the comment! Will keep that in mind
The noridic exercises hurt my toes like hell, damn.
You need to start with some sort of assistance. Maybe holding on to something then progress from there. Keep buildingbbro
can i do these exercises if i have lower back herniated disc?
As long as you don’t experience pain. Although I would consult a physiotherapist.
Should you do this if you have knee pain?
As long as you can tolerate it. Some of these could help with knee pain but it’ll depends on the athlete. Obviously see a doc if it’s too painful to do anything
@@coachkp thanks
@@rubencvc8191 no problem. Let me know if you have any other questions
How often should you do these
You can do these on a lighter day or Off day
I don’t have a foam roller what do I do for the foam rolling exercise
Roll out with a basketball 🏀
@@coachkp thank you
@@eliasrodriguez4244 gotchu bro
roll the towel
how many sets/reps per move or how long to hold for was never specified?
Under
How many times a week?
And should you do this on a offday
You can do this as many times as you need. Preferably on off days
I've heard that foam rolling doesn't actually provide any benefit, is this true?
It may or may not but if it makes someone feel better going into the workout then I don’t question it.
@@coachkp cool, thanks for the response
