After i got bored in stardew valley i did an evil play through made my character the opposite and i went with jojo and dated and broke up with every available person
I'm addicted now what? My 30 something son gave me this game to keep myself entertained as I'm not able to get around as much as I used to be able. I have done it with 3 different characters completely (with my son's help) all achievements, now to spice things up he is introducing some of the MODs one or two at a time for my release of the boredom. I just got the Item mod that allows me to make items, and have been using name your animals Item numbers. Looking forward to doing the extended farm MOD while on vacation (Using my lap top). Wait, there's divorce in this game? I've regularly been playing this since the game came out but I didn't know that it gave you the freedom to be a psychopath who turns their children into doves and seduces their ex-spouse all over again to renew the cycle.
You can choose to be a good person - or an evil one. It's encouraged to be a good person, but the game does let you be "evil"... I'm the player that's friends with everyone in-game, btw.
I think I would do all of those except break up with my wife...Penny is too sweet for me to divorce. And even if I erase her memory I won’t be able to erase the guilt and pain from my soul.

I want a mod where your country starts losing this war overseas you hear about with the Grotto Empire and they occupy Pelican Town and make you send them X amount of food every season or they execute you. Then you have to gather resources for the resistence and have a boss battle with the occupiers to liberate your town.
Tell me if there is a mod like that. Sounds really fun. Then you can be a squad with Abigail and Kent, hioefully his ptsd wont trigger. Linus gonna be a lookout and Maru and Demetrius going to invent the war machines. Shane can just be a casualty Lol. Way too much i guess.
I personally go around and just talk with the npc’s or bring them gifts, it’s nice to make someone’s day or learn more about them... even if there just part of a game ✨ sometimes it’s fun to even just pretend they’re real and make stories in my head with the characters! They’re characters are so deep and a lot of thought was put into balancing out the characters and making backstories and even the cutscenes are so amazing!
I agree! But also because of this, it hurts me to think about divorcing Haley, I want to because I want to try the other character routes but she's such a good wife not sure what to do right now...
Right now my husband and I are playing Stardew Valley simultaniously, sitting next to each other and playing always the same day. It's a lot of fun and our goal is to unlock every achievement and obtain every item there is. Every day we challenge each other who earned more gold or got further in an achievement. There is no multiplayer yet, so we play together like this and I can really recommend it, if you have a friend or family member that plays, too!

I suggest setting personal shipping goals for each season and every year. Instead of just planting the highest value crop, plant a wide variety. You're practically the food provider for this town, and can be fun to meet the fantasy "goals and needs" of the town you live in in the game

If I get board, I do some tricks on the NPCs and others. One of them is blocking their way. All you have to do is to put a structure(such as a keg, a barrel, or something) on the way of an NPC's route. He(or she) would wonder, and then try to pass it. As a result, the structure gets destroyed. I once put a bunch of wine kegs on a beach and an hour later(in game time) I heard someone chopping wood. At first I laughed, only to realize that my kegs(about 20?) were knocked out by Sebastian and Willy. Another time-wasting hobby is to lower and heighten your relationship with your spouse. Since lowering your spouse's affection takes a lot of time, I gave Sebastian(for destroying my kegs) stones everyday for half a year. As the number of hearts got lowered, he made a different reaction to the kissing interaction(I won't spoil it?). Though I restored the hearts back to 12, I will try to drop the hearts to zero, divorce with him, and try to restore the relationship again(without erasing his memory). It may be cruel for an NPC to suffer all this, I'm simply curious to test this, and I won't be doing things like this in the real world..... err, maybe?

For Nintendo Switches & Nintendo Switch Oled console I will be checking it out hopefully the end of January one reason is because I watched a gamer who was playing a game play thru, n they were checking out the compatibility of of games & its cartridges on the Nintendo Oled n it seem to work fine, if that’s the case I will be getting two one for all the cartridges I can’t have now, n the other for all the digital downloads where I’ll never have for Stardew Valley mods because of the SteamDeck . If Nintendo Oled is completely compatible with the steam version of Stardew Valley I will have a whole new console to play my Stardew valley on. But I’ll still get another Nintendo Switch & Nintendo Switch lite console for to buy & play my cartridges on. Great Video! I find one of the best things to do when the game bores me is roleplay a bit, much like that self-imposed challenge thing, I try to limit myself in some capacity to match a certain character archetype I am going for. I have a woodsman on a forest map that focuses on woodcutting, furniture making, and foraging for his livelihood, a miner who only grows crops for bundles, recipes, or gifts, but spends his time in the caves mining, and lives on the hilltop farm. I am planning a socialite run where I try to maximize everyone's relationship by ensuring that I give each person a like/loved gift twice a week, and never missing a birthday.

my newest goal in star dew valley, no matter how long it takes, is to complete everything possible including getting all hearts with everyone, completing the community center, planting every plant, getting all the legend fish, making a family, getting every achievement and finally getting 99,999,999 gold.
I have challenged myself with what I call: The Curse of the Fishies! -I must go the Joja Route -I can not plant crops unless the seeds are gifted to me -No animals allowed except the dog/cat -Most of my money must come from fising -I can not increase frendship with anyone -I must catch all legend fish. I have nearly finished the first year and I have 3 of the legend list. I am really enjoying it. Feel free to try it everyone!

When I get bored, which usually happens on year 2 (as the farm complexity ramps up, and I get overwhelmed), I start a new game on a new farm and apply what I learned in my last play through to being more efficient. My favorite part is the initial ramp up, when you have very few resources to use. However this means I've put hundreds of hours into the game and have not completed as much as I would have otherwise. Now that I've been working towards more of the achievements described in the video beyond just making money, I'm finding the game more rewarding, and may go back and play in my old saves a while and see if I can do something distinct and fun with them as well.
What do I do when I get bored of Stardew Valley? I start a new save, it always feels refreshing to start a new game on Stardew Valley with new endless possibilities... until I get bored and start another new game. I've never made it more than four years in a singe save without getting extremely bored. But most of all, I find a new game to play completely, because when I inevitably get bored of that I might feel reinvigorated to play Stardew Valley.
I don't remember how I found DF but I only got stardew this week and I'm loving all the new creators im finding and finding out one of my faves DF is a legend in this community.
That was a really nice video, Denver. I mean, I like all your videos, but that one was... I don't know, but I really liked it more for some reason. I like to memorize the game, go figure. I like to know everyone's schedule and have a plan for the day before I go to bed the previous night. I like to try and maximize every minute of every game day to see how much I can accomplish. I even go as far as plan my route from here to there so I'm taking the least number of steps possible while still able to accomplish multiple tasks. I love planning for rain, festival and birthdays so I can take care of tasks outside my routine and having back-up plans to account unexpected situations like filling my inventory while fishing and all ready knowing what I can keep and what I can throw away. I guess the funnest part about Stardew, for me, is always trying to Min/Max and refine my game to be the best I can make it. I also love marrying Leah. My favorite used to be Haley, because she has the most positive character arc, imo, but I feel that Leah's post-marriage dialogue is much more enthusiastic. Anyway, I love this video and I hope your wife gives you a potato to put into your inventory every morning, because nothing says "I love you" like a woman who can still manage to grow stuff when you've used every square inch of available space with your farm/ranch and out of season.

My personal favourite is when you and pierre got mad at each other because of the autumn festival so you plant your whole farm with watermelons. XD That video was hilarious with that made up drama. Me and my friend used to do scarecrow hunts so one day he would just stay on the farm all day and do nothing, while I'm off hiding scarecrows. The next day we would switch and he would hide his 3 or so scarecrows, then when all of our were hidden we would go out and see who could find each other's the fastest. Sometimes this could take in-game weeks, sometimes only half of the day, just depends on the hiding spots.
I'm on year 5 on my main game and recently I've been trying to get every date candidate's cutscenes. I started out being married to Maru but I got bored with her so i divorced her and married Shane (He's my favorite character).

I love buying random things from the traveling cart and researching who’s favorite items they are to build easy friendship points! Usually there’s a recipe in the mail the next day... then I research who’s favorite recipe this is and build more friendship points! I love making friends with the whole town
Ok i don't have stardew valley but a thing that seems to work for me with other games is challenge yourself, for example you can try use the diffrent perks of leveling up that you usually don't use! try to do diffrent stuff A lot of people don't like farming animals for money but try it Block out the easy ways of money and do it the harder way Try get money by only this or that
Thanks for the tips! It's helpful. I, however, have no heart to dove into marry, divorce, erase memory, and turn children into doves journey. For me, it's always one game safe, one character, one bachelor/bachelorette to marry and have family with. I know they're just digital characters, but I feel like I'm already too emotionally involved with the Pelican Town citizen to mess with anyone, hahah.
The funny thing is I can never get ALL of the steam achievements because one day I got to 5 hearts with Penny when I wasn’t playing stardew through steam so now that achievement is just. Locked forever

It might be possible now with the new update. *SPOILERS AHEAD FOR 1.5* Now you can enchant your tools using prismatic. If you get iridium-quality gear with the enchantement that makes the tool's action faster, you might be able to get a lot faster. Specially if you use the triple shot expresso to get you a further boost. I would also recomend wearing an iridium band for ilumination during the dark levels and maybe keeping the slime ring in your inventory just in case slimes are taking too much of your time. Also garlic potion from the dwarf (Or self made) could save you some time in the early levels. As there are 120 levels in the mine, you would need 1 level every 10 minutes (6 levels per hour× 20 hours). Sounds like a lot and DEFINITELY is a lot, but there are 12 freebies one th way, every 10 levels. If you get extremely lucky with your ladders and also don't get any monster infested levels, it might be possible, albeit still extremely unlikely. You could also cheese it by using some stairways made from stone, I guess. But I admit I've never done that before, so I'm not sure how it works.
almost three years late so: play co-op!! the “watch streams” made me think about how my brother wanted to play with me and i think my excitement made him excited to play it too!! he finished the community center a long time ago and quit because he didn’t know what else to do, but i keep going further and there’s soooo much more to do, it’s almost endless
Great video thank you! I'm dumb and can't understand how Mods work, but had a lot of fun creating my own projects. First my farm was a corn maze, and it is now a castle. The whole thing has stone or wood flooring and walls, with suits of armor, a shrine to the mayor, statues, skull lanterns, and it just looks so cool. I continue to add stuff every day. No mods needed.
What I do when I’m bored: 1:go around pelican town and the mountains in different seasons trying to collect things to give to NPCs and then give the objects to NPCs with out using the wiki to see their reaction 2:Try to get the cut seen in a new save when you’re dating every NPC that your able to marry 3:Go mining 4:Trying to get all the heart events with an NPC
reminder: if you want/need to catch fish, cast your rod and wait for the exclamation mark to appear above your character. When shown, cast back your rod IMMEDIATELY. You’ll either catch a fish or green algae/seaweed (depending on which fishing location you choose).
I have recently completed a challenge to see how fast I could make 1 million gold using certain limitations: My character has had a run-in with Pierre in the past and refuses to buy from his store (backpack upgrades excepted), plus she is limited to buying one seed of each type from any other vendor besides Pierre (Joja and Sandy) per season. I was able to earn a million gold in slightly more than a year mostly using animals. I tried taking the Animal farming skill bonuses just to see how they worked out.
I started to get bored with it awhile ago, so I decided I'd try the completionist route. Totally made everything so much more fun and challenging! Wintertime is also a big boring period of time, so I try to make it worth it by gathering forageables and making the winter seeds. I made a mega crop with just winter seeds!
What I love to do when I get bored in Stardew is pick something completely random, it could a gem, a crop, a cooked item, doesn't matter and get a chest full of it than ship it. Let me tell you the pride in saying you did that, it's amazing.

I REALLY like your videos Denver, your passion and sincerity really draws me in, keep up the GREAT work^^ Here are some mods that I found that you may want to feature in your next modlight : -Chest pooling -Automate -Tractor mod -Hunger mod -Skill prestige mod -Cooking skill mod -Luck skill mod -Fast Animation: speed up some animation like breaking geodes or drinking/eating etc -StacksplitX: overwrite the defauth shift right click of the game into number input. Basically u put in any number to buy/sell/split instead of clicking tons of time to buy 999 stack. it makes precisely splitting stacks WAY easier too -Almighty farming tool These mods improve the end game content by quite a bit, although some may break the game balance, but hey, you already introduce item spawner and cheat menu mods so these should be ok right xD

Edit: Looked through my computer and I found 4 more useful mods -Skull cavern elevator: default setting is 5 lv, just like in the mine, buy I suggest changing it into 30~35lv, I tested it on a very good luck day and you still have to use the whole day to get to the checkpoint with iridium pickaxe and galaxy sword ( I dont use bombs or stair so it is just like exploring the mine xD) -Dynamic checklist: a checklist to follow because in late game you have WAY too many things to do. -Horse whistle: beside the obvious usage of calling your horse to you this one comes with a feature that shows every grid on the map. default key is G. Very useful when you want to restructure you farm. -Rotate toolbar: default key Q. Useful when you want to do a video like the quarry one.( ie placing down many object at once).I get tired of opening my inventory and place everything into the first row to place them kegs down... -expanded fridge Hope this helps, goodluck Denver!!!

I go really deep in the mines, find lots of geodes, and see what’s inside. The excitement gets me really exited. (I am still just starting out in the game so idk much about being bored in it)
Sometimes I just wandering around the town and talk to everyone, or prepare gifts for everyone even after I reached maximum hearts with all of them. Feels good.
When I get Bored me and my friends have a race to see who can woo a spouse first, whoever does it first wins and the loser has to marry Pam and keep her for a week
I start a new game fresh, preferably with a couple of friends! The downside is that I have to wait until everyone's schedules match up for a good few hours' session, but that helps me a lot with not burning myself out by overplaying anyway, so it can be a blessing in disguise! Having certain people on a farm completely transforms the way the game is. My one friend loves to play around the roleplay and chatting options, playing a "housewife" who only walks and barely does any labor-intensive chores, then stares wistfully into the fireplace until she passes out at 2am, and gets excited on Sundays when she can go to church and gossip. It's hilarious!!
Thanks for the tips :) Started up the game watching your vid and managed to impress myself by catching the Angler fish in five minutes. Right now I do a modded playthrough where you can't buy seeds. Everything can be grown (by chance) with all the wild seeds you find when you clear weeds .
I came here just after completing number 14, thinking I'd find something new xD Great video though! One thing I liked doing outside of achievements is growing all of the giant crops and making a little display of them, that was surpriingly more difficult than any of the other achievements because of how luck-based it is lol

I personally go around and just talk with the npc’s or bring them gifts, it’s nice to make someone’s day or learn more about them... even if there just part of a game ✨ sometimes it’s fun to even just pretend they’re real and make stories in my head with the characters! They’re characters are so deep and a lot of thought was put into balancing out the characters and making backstories and even the cutscenes are so amazing!

Right now my husband and I are playing Stardew Valley simultaniously, sitting next to each other and playing always the same day. It's a lot of fun and our goal is to unlock every achievement and obtain every item there is. Every day we challenge each other who earned more gold or got further in an achievement. There is no multiplayer yet, so we play together like this and I can really recommend it, if you have a friend or family member that plays, too!

I suggest setting personal shipping goals for each season and every year. Instead of just planting the highest value crop, plant a wide variety. You're practically the food provider for this town, and can be fun to meet the fantasy "goals and needs" of the town you live in in the game

If I get board, I do some tricks on the NPCs and others. One of them is blocking their way. All you have to do is to put a structure(such as a keg, a barrel, or something) on the way of an NPC's route. He(or she) would wonder, and then try to pass it. As a result, the structure gets destroyed. I once put a bunch of wine kegs on a beach and an hour later(in game time) I heard someone chopping wood. At first I laughed, only to realize that my kegs(about 20?) were knocked out by Sebastian and Willy.
Another time-wasting hobby is to lower and heighten your relationship with your spouse. Since lowering your spouse's affection takes a lot of time, I gave Sebastian(for destroying my kegs) stones everyday for half a year. As the number of hearts got lowered, he made a different reaction to the kissing interaction(I won't spoil it?). Though I restored the hearts back to 12, I will try to drop the hearts to zero, divorce with him, and try to restore the relationship again(without erasing his memory). It may be cruel for an NPC to suffer all this, I'm simply curious to test this, and I won't be doing things like this in the real world..... err, maybe?

❤🧑🏽🦳🎮 👋🏼 geileski, I can’t use mods either, right now I have 5 maps on my switch lights, have made my own kind of mods by using my looms, kegs & seeders 4-5 each, I use the gold star crops for that n the gold star cloth, by the end of the first winter if I’m lucky I’ve made $ 60,327 n sometimes more!
For Nintendo Switches & Nintendo Switch Oled console I will be checking it out hopefully the end of January one reason is because I watched a gamer who was playing a game play thru, n they were checking out the compatibility of of games & its cartridges on the Nintendo Oled n it seem to work fine, if that’s the case I will be getting two one for all the cartridges I can’t have now, n the other for all the digital downloads where I’ll never have for Stardew Valley mods because of the SteamDeck .
If Nintendo Oled is completely compatible with the steam version of Stardew Valley I will have a whole new console to play my Stardew valley on. But I’ll still get another Nintendo Switch & Nintendo Switch lite console for to buy & play my cartridges on.
It’s not the end of the world, I watch the videos to help me discover new ways to do stuff, just like with my Nintendo 3DSXL & 2DSXL I will get the new ones get my cartridges for my favorite ❤️ games & finally pick up my Gameboy advance and my Gameboy color, and the buy the full complete cartridges that have all the download content Al read on them and hopefully 🙏🏼 the all the nassacery complete updates, for both of the gameboy advance and Gameboy color, then I’ll have all my games 😂 and set them up to fun in my wonderful gaming corner!
I found out about so and half years ago that games like Nintendo Switch Stardew Valley weren’t gonna get the update that included the mods, so when I tried asking why? Along with some of the wonderful games that were supposed to come to Nintendo Switch summer of 2022 & spring of 2023 I gave up asking.
So I checked out the cost of a real portable SteamDeck & the lowest price I found is $1,399.95
So when I saw the streamer using Nintendo’s Oled console and they were using what looked like something similar to mods, I said I need to check it out, if all the games including Nintendo Switch Stardew Valley is compatible and all the steam games played on SteamDeck is also compatible to be played on Nintendo Oled I will be playing on my switch’s & I will have hopefully by the end January the Nintendo Oled console and I’ll wait for the end of February to get one for playing all my game cartridges on so I won’t miss a eat, n if it is true that the Nintendo Oled is completely compatible to games played on SteamDeck I’ll post the unboxing on my TH-cam channel n post what my Stardew Valley farm will look like & what I paid for my Nintendo Oled n the name of the store.
So use this video by That Denver Guy and Dangerously Funny streamers to get the best out of your game & most of all have fun making up to or at least $60,000 to $96,000 before the middle of the fall n have most of all your seeds done for each season n use your gold star fruits n veggies for the seed makers & your silver stars crops and fruits for your kegs and your preserves Jars 🫙 and use the regular crops n fruits to make your money from cooking, it’s fun and calming when you find out modding isn’t always obtainable but good ideas to do stuff your way n make money before the end of each season is, and it’s a lot of fun when you discover other way’s to get rich even if it’s just $60,278 in coins !

Great Video! I find one of the best things to do when the game bores me is roleplay a bit, much like that self-imposed challenge thing, I try to limit myself in some capacity to match a certain character archetype I am going for. I have a woodsman on a forest map that focuses on woodcutting, furniture making, and foraging for his livelihood, a miner who only grows crops for bundles, recipes, or gifts, but spends his time in the caves mining, and lives on the hilltop farm. I am planning a socialite run where I try to maximize everyone's relationship by ensuring that I give each person a like/loved gift twice a week, and never missing a birthday.

I have challenged myself with what I call: The Curse of the Fishies!

When I get bored, which usually happens on year 2 (as the farm complexity ramps up, and I get overwhelmed), I start a new game on a new farm and apply what I learned in my last play through to being more efficient. My favorite part is the initial ramp up, when you have very few resources to use. However this means I've put hundreds of hours into the game and have not completed as much as I would have otherwise.
Now that I've been working towards more of the achievements described in the video beyond just making money, I'm finding the game more rewarding, and may go back and play in my old saves a while and see if I can do something distinct and fun with them as well.
What do I do when I get bored of Stardew Valley?
I start a new save, it always feels refreshing to start a new game on Stardew Valley with new endless possibilities... until I get bored and start another new game.
I've never made it more than four years in a singe save without getting extremely bored.
But most of all, I find a new game to play completely, because when I inevitably get bored of that I might feel reinvigorated to play Stardew Valley.
I don't remember how I found DF but I only got stardew this week and I'm loving all the new creators im finding and finding out one of my faves DF is a legend in this community.
Oh, yeah, DF used to be famous for being the scourge of Stardew Valley.

That was a really nice video, Denver. I mean, I like all your videos, but that one was... I don't know, but I really liked it more for some reason.
I like to memorize the game, go figure. I like to know everyone's schedule and have a plan for the day before I go to bed the previous night. I like to try and maximize every minute of every game day to see how much I can accomplish. I even go as far as plan my route from here to there so I'm taking the least number of steps possible while still able to accomplish multiple tasks. I love planning for rain, festival and birthdays so I can take care of tasks outside my routine and having back-up plans to account unexpected situations like filling my inventory while fishing and all ready knowing what I can keep and what I can throw away. I guess the funnest part about Stardew, for me, is always trying to Min/Max and refine my game to be the best I can make it.
I also love marrying Leah. My favorite used to be Haley, because she has the most positive character arc, imo, but I feel that Leah's post-marriage dialogue is much more enthusiastic.
Anyway, I love this video and I hope your wife gives you a potato to put into your inventory every morning, because nothing says "I love you" like a woman who can still manage to grow stuff when you've used every square inch of available space with your farm/ranch and out of season.

Me and my friend used to do scarecrow hunts so one day he would just stay on the farm all day and do nothing, while I'm off hiding scarecrows.
The next day we would switch and he would hide his 3 or so scarecrows, then when all of our were hidden we would go out and see who could find each other's the fastest.
Sometimes this could take in-game weeks, sometimes only half of the day, just depends on the hiding spots.
I love both DF and Denver.

I love buying random things from the traveling cart and researching who’s favorite items they are to build easy friendship points! Usually there’s a recipe in the mail the next day... then I research who’s favorite recipe this is and build more friendship points! I love making friends with the whole town

I, however, have no heart to dove into marry, divorce, erase memory, and turn children into doves journey. For me, it's always one game safe, one character, one bachelor/bachelorette to marry and have family with. I know they're just digital characters, but I feel like I'm already too emotionally involved with the Pelican Town citizen to mess with anyone, hahah.
The funny thing is I can never get ALL of the steam achievements because one day I got to 5 hearts with Penny when I wasn’t playing stardew through steam so now that achievement is just. Locked forever

If cooking becomes a skill like in Rune Factory 4, it would encourage people to cook more.
I try to get through the entire mine from the entrance without leaving. It’s practically impossible, but seeing how far you can get in one day can be quite enjoyable in its own right.
It might be possible now with the new update.
*SPOILERS AHEAD FOR 1.5*
Now you can enchant your tools using prismatic. If you get iridium-quality gear with the enchantement that makes the tool's action faster, you might be able to get a lot faster. Specially if you use the triple shot expresso to get you a further boost.
I would also recomend wearing an iridium band for ilumination during the dark levels and maybe keeping the slime ring in your inventory just in case slimes are taking too much of your time. Also garlic potion from the dwarf (Or self made) could save you some time in the early levels.
As there are 120 levels in the mine, you would need 1 level every 10 minutes (6 levels per hour× 20 hours). Sounds like a lot and DEFINITELY is a lot, but there are 12 freebies one th way, every 10 levels.
If you get extremely lucky with your ladders and also don't get any monster infested levels, it might be possible, albeit still extremely unlikely.
You could also cheese it by using some stairways made from stone, I guess. But I admit I've never done that before, so I'm not sure how it works.
almost three years late so: play co-op!! the “watch streams” made me think about how my brother wanted to play with me and i think my excitement made him excited to play it too!! he finished the community center a long time ago and quit because he didn’t know what else to do, but i keep going further and there’s soooo much more to do, it’s almost endless
Great video thank you! I'm dumb and can't understand how Mods work, but had a lot of fun creating my own projects. First my farm was a corn maze, and it is now a castle. The whole thing has stone or wood flooring and walls, with suits of armor, a shrine to the mayor, statues, skull lanterns, and it just looks so cool. I continue to add stuff every day. No mods needed.

What I do when I’m bored:
1:go around pelican town and the mountains in different seasons trying to collect things to give to NPCs and then give the objects to NPCs with out using the wiki to see their reaction
2:Try to get the cut seen in a new save when you’re dating every NPC that your able to marry
3:Go mining
4:Trying to get all the heart events with an NPC
reminder: if you want/need to catch fish, cast your rod and wait for the exclamation mark to appear above your character. When shown, cast back your rod IMMEDIATELY. You’ll either catch a fish or green algae/seaweed (depending on which fishing location you choose).
I have recently completed a challenge to see how fast I could make 1 million gold using certain limitations:
My character has had a run-in with Pierre in the past and refuses to buy from his store (backpack upgrades excepted), plus she is limited to buying one seed of each type from any other vendor besides Pierre (Joja and Sandy) per season.
I was able to earn a million gold in slightly more than a year mostly using animals. I tried taking the Animal farming skill bonuses just to see how they worked out.
this guy's voice is very comfortable, and cus of that voice I would play this game again noice.
When I get bored I come to TH-cam to get some inspiration to get me through the monotony of caring for crops and mining
I started to get bored with it awhile ago, so I decided I'd try the completionist route. Totally made everything so much more fun and challenging! Wintertime is also a big boring period of time, so I try to make it worth it by gathering forageables and making the winter seeds. I made a mega crop with just winter seeds!
What I love to do when I get bored in Stardew is pick something completely random, it could a gem, a crop, a cooked item, doesn't matter and get a chest full of it than ship it. Let me tell you the pride in saying you did that, it's amazing.

-Fast Animation: speed up some animation like breaking geodes or drinking/eating etc
-StacksplitX: overwrite the defauth shift right click of the game into number input. Basically u put in any number to buy/sell/split instead of clicking tons of time to buy 999 stack. it makes precisely splitting stacks WAY easier too
-Almighty farming tool
These mods improve the end game content by quite a bit, although some may break the game balance, but hey, you already introduce item spawner and cheat menu mods so these should be ok right xD

Edit: Looked through my computer and I found 4 more useful mods
-Skull cavern elevator: default setting is 5 lv, just like in the mine, buy I suggest changing it into 30~35lv, I tested it on a very good luck day and you still have to use the whole day to get to the checkpoint with iridium pickaxe and galaxy sword ( I dont use bombs or stair so it is just like exploring the mine xD)
-Dynamic checklist: a checklist to follow because in late game you have WAY too many things to do.
-Horse whistle: beside the obvious usage of calling your horse to you this one comes with a feature that shows every grid on the map. default key is G. Very useful when you want to restructure you farm.
-Rotate toolbar: default key Q. Useful when you want to do a video like the quarry one.( ie placing down many object at once).I get tired of opening my inventory and place everything into the first row to place them kegs down...
-expanded fridge

I just started replaying after two years and I've just discovered how in depth this game is
I go really deep in the mines, find lots of geodes, and see what’s inside. The excitement gets me really exited. (I am still just starting out in the game so idk much about being bored in it)

When I get Bored me and my friends have a race to see who can woo a spouse first, whoever does it first wins and the loser has to marry Pam and keep her for a week
when i'm bored... i turn on some good ol' Panic! or the Office theme song and listen to it while playing. also i play my siblings on my switch
I start a new game fresh, preferably with a couple of friends! The downside is that I have to wait until everyone's schedules match up for a good few hours' session, but that helps me a lot with not burning myself out by overplaying anyway, so it can be a blessing in disguise! Having certain people on a farm completely transforms the way the game is. My one friend loves to play around the roleplay and chatting options, playing a "housewife" who only walks and barely does any labor-intensive chores, then stares wistfully into the fireplace until she passes out at 2am, and gets excited on Sundays when she can go to church and gossip. It's hilarious!!

Right now I do a modded playthrough where you can't buy seeds. Everything can be grown (by chance) with all the wild seeds you find when you clear weeds .

mysandwichs Hey, friend. I don't think it is a mod. Placing end tables (I think) will allow you to place items. I've done that to build mini-museums.

Great video though! One thing I liked doing outside of achievements is growing all of the giant crops and making a little display of them, that was surpriingly more difficult than any of the other achievements because of how luck-based it is lol
The fall legendary fish is super easy to catch, I caught mine without tackle, first try with level 9 fishing
