But, after watching this video and LISTENING too, I see that is not the case. Thanks for the enlightenment and for feeding my Megabass addiction, you guys rock! A visit to the store/guided fishing trip in your area has been added to my bucket list once life returns to normal. Peace.
I want it all lol… A man can dream. The vision 110 has started an addiction that I fear may never end, decided to try one out a couple years ago despite the price and landed 59 LM Bass in under two hours. Since I’ve turned every angler I know onto megabass and constantly pressure my own finances expanding my collection. Expensive but worth every penny. The next step is a dedicated JB rod, not sure if I’ll be able to afford the destroyer 110 special but that’s the goal. I can only imagine how much better my jerkbait game will be when that day comes. Thanks for everything

When I was a teen I caught tons of smallmouth on the crappy floating Rapala minnow. I would have caught a million if the 110 was out back then in the late 80's. Thank you for this incredible video!

I just finally used my vision 10 jr and jr plus 2. Man I caught 6 2lb and 1 3lb bass in 40 minutes. One of the funniest times I’ve had fishing in a long time. I tried my Ned rig,wacky rig,spybaits,and walking bait nothing tied on the vision 110 and it was on fire after that, they could not resist it. The vision 110 is super pricy but worth it.

I would really appreciate if you can give some advice on how to move these baits? More of a strong jerk or a less forceful twitch? I often got the impression to overwork my lures. You mentioned that in Japan they do not use the O ring as they prefer the snap on if I understand you correctly. Would you recommend removing the O ring and utilizing a snap swivel or would you recommend line tying directly to the O ring? If it wouldn't effect the action overly much I would think utilizing a snap swivel would be more convenient.
Hey man. Great questions! If you use the snap, you can connect it directly to the o ring and it doesnt really effect the action. I personally prefer to only have one or the other, either a snap or a split ring. Snap is easier to change colors out. Split ring it stronger.
If you have to buy two of these megabass jerkbait and use it for barracuda/barramundi in 10-20lbs, which one would you choose and what hook(prefer strong one) would you replace? Can this lure take a beating?

Great question! The X-80 Magnum can go either way. It fishes great on the OneTen Special but it also fishes great on rods like Diablo Spec R or Loomis 903!

The Megabass Vision 110+1 the ball inside the jerkbait has been getting stuck in the back tail you ever have that problem? I fish for Striped Bass at California Aqueduct, I use Megabass Jerkbaits there I hook into a fish 15 inch + I guarantee my hooks are gonna bend. Can you recommend a hook replacement???

Thanks for watching. The only +3 in Japan is in the Type R, which is a Crankbait, and doesn't get as deep as the 110 +2.

Good question. No. You can change the hooks and slow it down a little bit, but the baits are weighted to sink.
