跑山路常遇到問題是 坡度太陡時 如果不減速 股四頭肌壓力會很大
如果減速會變足跟落地 小腿壓力會很大
好像沒辦法像教練講的 還可以推蹬動作耶😅
這取決於坡度的角度,主要作用在緩坡路段
