Just made this a few hours ago and its DELICIOUS!! I'm 13 and made it for dinner today, and my whole family loved it. I'm definitely making this again! BTW I left out the cinnamon and red wine and it still tasted fab!!
Did this, it was DELICIOUS from the first time! I didn't even had all the ingredients it's very simple and you literally can't miss...and the taste is incredible
@MCBorschti
That’s really nice to hear. I am glad that you and your family enjoyed the food especially after all your effort for you to cook it :))
The idea of letting it rest is a good one. Some dishes are better the next day and I think this is one of them.
To eat three servings!!! Thats pretty good going :))
I am glad you enjoyed and I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.
OriginalNakedChef
@Laurytiea
Hi Laurytiea,
Nice to hear from you and again for beng 1st. I am glad you like it :)
Thanks you very much for your kind words and hopefully hear from you again soon.
OriginalNakedChef
Made this yesterday evening and let it rest till today. Ate it with my family 10 minutes ago. Really really tasty :). I ate three servings.... :D
Greetings from Germany!
Love the fact that you're offering your opinion of what makes a good chili. It was hard for me to make good chili when I lived in Alice Springs, because the necessary ingredients were simply not available back then. As a Yank coming from a state near Mexico, maybe you can understand why I found good chili in Australia, difficult to come by. You have the right idea though, so go with it.
Very nice. Since we had kids who did not like spicy hot foods, I came up with a mild but full flavored chili. The adults add red pepper flakes and hot sauce at the table, the kids eat theirs without the fire. Everyone is happy! Really like this recipe of yours and I want to give it a try. Thanks for a great video!
@ArniieeCDJ
Thats a nice comment :)
Food is soooo expensive these days! It's nice to know that when you treat yourselves you pick one of my vids!

OriginalNakedChef
Good recipe. Very similar to mine. A nice ingredient is a tablespoon of grape jelly. It adds a subtle sweetness along with a teaspoon of Dutch cocoa.
I loved this recipe, checked it out instead of making it from scratch like usual. Great outcome! Thanks!
I really love your recipe, it's almost exactly like my own!! I add a can and a half of lager instead of wine...and some cayenne pepper and some Frank's RedHot Sauce, I love the way making chili makes my house smells!! I put it on potatoes, hot dogs, you name it. Thanks for the vid and recipe, I enjoyed it very much.
One of my favorite dishes. Im having bolognese tomorrow, but on sunday i might have to try this way. And the chocolate is genius. Flavor flavors.

@ortizgim
Hi ortizgim,
That’s a good suggestion!
I am considering what I should do about showing my recipes/ingredients.
I have considered a number of options that include:
Listing in the description as text for the vid. Setting up a website with lots more info pics etc, or as you have suggested adding to the vid.
I will defiantly do something at some stage. Thanks for helping out and I really appreciate the sub & comments!
OriginalNakedChef
That looks very delicious! It my mouth water.. I'm going to make it for my family so that they can enjoy it.
Just made a batch pretty much exactly same as you only difference was I made my own chillie powder blending dried fresh chilies, whole and roasted cumin, Mexican oregano, garlic powder and cinnamon I find this is a big game changer I also add chunks of beef usually chuck or rib eye seared in the pan before cooking only thing I was missing today was a bit of dark chocolate gutted about that. Its cooking now as I type transferred into slow cooker for a good long and slow cook will be serving with corn chips, cream and fresh jalapenos 'yummy' 😎
Got myself some Madagascar coco sorted... garnished it with some fresh avocado too 'Beautiful'
@keysofluvher1
It just takes a bit of practise to get thing right. It also helps if you have a good recipe.
I am sure your food is pretty tasty.
Have you tried any of my recipes?

Looks tasty! In Sweden we do it with white beans in tomato sauce (from a can). Chili con carne is very common here.
