I’m so glad I found your channel every other hermit crab channel I find is either three years old or older with no new updates. Please keep them coming.😊
How should I go about this with a slide in screen lid (my tank was designed for reptiles). Could i just get a piece of plexiglass and place it on top of the screen?
You can get a glass hinged lid at Petco. Or you can get a piece of plexiglass to cover the top. But in the meantime, you can just seal the screen portion and tape around it.

Hi thank you so much I’ve been trying to find way cover it for heat
With heat you don’t want any heat lights. You want a uth heat mat that covers the length of the back wall. I have a proper set up video as well.
Does this block air flow?
