    I was in a car accident in 2005. I hit my head and ended up comatose. I was in a coma for 15 days. I wake up to be diagnosed a quadriplegic. I was in a ton of pain. However, I took my first steps for the 2nd time a month later. Nearly dying taught me how to live. I accepted my pain and decided that I'm going to live an unforgettable life. I live with no fear and have achieved so much. I only want more. I am truly alive and people don't understand it because they expect me to be depressed. I just smile and tell them I'm insane. :)

    Today would the 4 years since my eldest daughter passed into her next phase. It was a heart wrenching experience.
    I've been practicing these techniques mentioned by Bart these 4 years and I've healed, my heart n mind and I've become a better mother, partner, teacher, daughter and friend. I do vipassana meditation, not always daily, I journal and I've asked many questions of myself. How can I be a better mother? Being one of them.
    This technique works. I didn't know it back then, but the results were profound.

    Years ago i saw a number of future personal events (WYSIWYG) which made me start thinking that the brain is a kind of antenna of the unseen world. I think that his protocol of physically changing the brain pathway is actually tapping into that antenna power. When you become the proper antenna, you become the receiver of those thoughts in a physical way.

    Wow - what an exceptionally wonderful and calming timbre this guy has. Would love to hear him sing. I watched this following Buteyko exercises for asthma which advocates nasal breathing rather than mouth breathing., but am doing the exercise given with the nose. Hopefully it will be the best of both worlds.. .

    Happiness is not necessarily the opposite of depression. I speak from abundant experience.

    He doesn't seem to be happy. He fights back a lot of tears. Maybe it is more important to have a meaningful life. I think his life is very impactful.

      What is your evidence? Honestly asking. I don't think anyone is happy all the time. But propensity, great predisposition, to be happy. I would like that.

    At 11:40 in the video is a miracle.
    I'm a 37 year old male living in California four years ago I was in a motorcycle accident factions in my neck and back had a bad concussion almost lost my right hand and I was doing fine walking around getting around okay after my recovery. My leg starts going week in the knee at least I think it's the knee or maybe the foot or the hip all I know is my leg would tighten up and it wouldn't move instinctually I went to doctors nuro surgeons Orthopedics nerve conditions MRIs and everything is fine I had complete Mobility and muscle was strong full range of motion from the PT no doctor could figure this out it's been 4 years now I'm on crutches sometimes I need them some days I don't I can run hike bike swim I just can't walk forward normal I have no pain either I've been looking up on TH-cam and the internet for an answer no one has an answer I went to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota the world's best and they didn't have any answer and I look at this video and it changes everything and I will now practice until I have an answer and I will because I haven't tried this before and it makes complete sense to me so thank you forgiving me smiles hope and a new look on my life because it has diminished so much

    How can this be applied to rewriting the neuropathy of pain? Is it possible? Do the 3 techniques of the book also work to rewire the brain so one doesn't feel a severe neuropathy anymore?

    I would like to know if writing 8 will help my special daughter to speak as she is just mumbling no specific words as such but even if you feel it will slightly help her i will definitely try it for a month atleast.....i am asking this because the example that you stated was a person who had speech but lost it in an accident so i thought of checking 😊......but thanks for these techniques will definitely try to implement these

      yes, please try with 8 style for f and g as its more natural. Clean, non loopy d's and t stems are a good start along with high t bars.
      You have to be a bit more thoughtful how you change writing, sometimes they end up with unintended consequences. I recall, when someone wanted to 'be more independent' and made their d's shorter, it ended up affecting her relationships. You should slowly adjust over time.

      Thoughts can not even exist if you are at nothingness. A clear mind doesn't know and the words "thought" or b
      "nothing" or even "everything" don't actually mean anything. It's all the same, and It's just want it's supposed to. And ITS OK. a Zen mind it centers you as long as your open and once your empty you're free. I'm icky 9 mins through but I had to have your back. I'm in my early stages, ive had the same spiritual morals all my life (I was adopted from russia) but I just realized that mindfullness and mediation are tools and can be done any second of your day. Anyway thanx. But I'm I'm sure he's comes aroind and it will be the same message. Which we all need. But it's just a ride. Best of luck
