Another tip if You are curious of the creating mode is to Watch the twitch streams and specially the Media molecule jams. It was for me very very very useful to understand and engage easily in many ways of how to start doing easy and complex things :)
Little big planet and Little big planet 2 were the games that made me want to go into art! After not having a lot of money and a job i found my way back to media molecule this year seeing all the things about dreams they were posting! Im sad to not have been able to join earlier but im excited to support what they work on next and hangout with the Dreams community!
I think that dreama has a great library of games, just a disappointment that the company will no longer actively support the title as i feel its a great educational media engine.
Well, they had to make a decision. They weren't going to take advantage of new-gen hardware (like more complex simulations), that could open up new avenues and Dreams is not really original concept. What Dreams has it going is being very well optimised for Playstation but other than that, this is not unseen and there are more sophisticated platforms out there that do practically the same and are cross platform (Roblox for instance). Plus whatever you agree or not, the game premature cancelation, owns to a fact it didn't manage to retain masses. After all idea was to make interactive social medium but in comparison to similar products on the market, it's a ghost town. That said it's very well put and I am curious what we are going to see in the future for community with what they have :)
All they literally need to do is just add multiplayer and that's it. How does a company have this much of live service and this much creations and yet be missing the most basic and highly essential feature in most video games?
They had some form of online set up internally in 2019, there is clearly a heck of a lot that has gone down behind the scenes with Mm and Playstation over the last few years but something road blocked a highly requested feature 🤷♂️
My son is now 11 and suddenly interested in Dreams again! He loves the Backrooms game you featured. He wants to make video games so I said I have just the thing for you son! So glad it's finally coming to PS+. Maybe it will get so popular that MM decides to revive it??? Jk but one can.....wait for it...dream!!! 😂

There are some brilliant,and astonishingly great to play recreations of ridge racer on Dreams. One of them In particular that i played a year or 2 ago,was practically indistinguishable from the playstation original version. I envy any one new coming to dreams,as I have been spoiled for so long,that I admit I take it for granted now.
This is great playstation plus is something dreams will do well on dreams is great just a shame that dreams on playstation plus won't bring the impys back.
It doesn't seem like 'support' i.e. curation matters too much, so long as servers are running and people can still upload new Dreams? I guess it's hard to get initial views and likes but hopefully good creations will snowball through word of mouth or channels like this highlighting them. Personally, this game has been on my radar for ages. I was just waiting to clear some backlog and to get it in a sale. Now I just need to make the time! Though it seems quite daunting and like a bit of a bottemless time-sink, I love the idea of creating something, whatever that may be. I'd like to make a tactical rpg or homages to some of the fav games from my youth like Repton, Alex Kidd or Dungeon Keeper. Since community is so important to this kind of project, this must be an exciting time. Besides more eyes on the existing content, some awesome new creations should emerge in the coming months and years!
Can anyone recommend any survival craft games? I was working on one ages ago but never finished it. Looking for something like the forest or a cozy survival craft. Hunting, foraging, gardening, and crafting. Thanks in advanced!
Can games be updated still on dreams ps4? there is a really good sonic game that I like but hearing the news that this game ain't getting support anymore concern me? And I just heard about this news today unfortunately.
I have been playing FAR to much of Dreams since it arrived on PS Plus. How do I know this? When I later went to play Tinykin on Xbox I tried aiming using motion controls....
There isn't any online multiplayer but you can play co-op games in person and apparently this works through shareplay but we haven't tested that out for ourselves 👍

I decided to come back after reading the PS Plus news a couple of days ago.
I was filled with excitement.
This is what Dreams needed from the start.

Great video. But i will say, i turned off motion controls on day one and never looked back and have never regretted it.
Too many creeps on Roblox so I introduced this game to my son.

I found backrooms by searching it up before even watching the video. I was blown away by the game it was literally the perfect horror game for me.
You should all check out the Red and the Phantom Castle/Cursed isles.

Dreams itself will only receive bug fixes going forward however people can still make, share and update their creations within it
3:30 games on psplus are not free. its dumb to say "free for all" when its not free and not everyone has psplus
