Every detail is perfect and your instincts pay off, I love the accent wall and the shiplap boards you originally put up wouldn't have looked nearly as nice as the textured walls you did, that was a great call on taking them down, and at first I really liked them! I have to say, I'm sooo proud of your daughter, Vivian, for sewing the shower curtains, she did an AMAZING job on them.❤ I've been sewing since I was 12, self taught on patterns mind you, and I sewed so many of my and my daughter's dresses, not to mention curtains, chair covers (the piping) pillows, etc. I hope you tell Vivian what a wonderful job she did and she should be so proud. It's heart warming how your daughters/sisters/husband, all contribute to your home and I love seeing how involved your daughters are in your thrifting and decorating. Your bathroom is truly lovely, thank you for sharing.

I need that basket Sarah!!! I usually try to thrift home decor because I don't like putting my money toward fast home fashion ( I feel it encourages more factory production which hurts the enviornment) BUT I might have to break my rule and actually enter a TARGET. The design of that basket is my current obsession from a Better Homes and Gardens 1990s decorator book!!! PS - that dress color looks great on you by the way!
