    This literally inspired me to build my own backyard bikepark. I’ll see you when you hit a mil. OG.

    Just made a miniature version of this at 6ft long and 18" wide. The lag bolts for the adjustable feet was a great idea!

    I got comfortable with drops by basically taking a slope/landing and kept riding it and jumping far and slowly carved a foot away from the lip each time and now I have a drop that has a few meters gap and it really helps me gain a tonne of speed for a sweeping berm that folds back into a double and that fits into a really small area and I really recommend that as a way to get more confidence in the air. I love mtb but what holds me back is how scared I am for everything and doing things like this help me to overcome that fear and progress faster as a rider. Also no excuses on needing a great bike for drops I have a £400 Saracen hard tail and it is more than sufficient.

    ..You have inspired me! My kids and I bought all the wood and a Circular Saw tonight, and are building it this weekend. We are going to try it with the longer legs behind the shorter legs utilizing some hinges las was suggested by Mudbucket Gaming. Can't wait!

    Awesome! . You may be able to put the taller legs behind the short set and make them fold / hinge up and under . Just an idea .

    • @bbMTB
      @bbMTB  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s a really good idea. I was trying to come up with a way to add on height with hinges and couldn’t come up with anything that I felt would be stable enough but that might work if done right. Thanks for the idea!!

      @@bbMTB Good build! May I suggest a possible idea to make it even easier to change legs - use bolts that go all the way through and a nut on the other side - this requires less rotations to secure.
