    Awsome mam I made it yesterday n it was delicious. Generally my son is not eating handvo. Bt yesterday he eat full one 😘. N vl try ur all recepies. Thank you mam. Waiting for ur new recepie.

    Actually we use wet grinder and this helps to make a very course paste with nutrients in tact and you can avoid using eno to make it lighter

    It is like our adai from South India. We add chillies while grinding and we don't add vegetables. Will try this version too. Thanks for the receipie

      Adai in itself is heavy with lentils, adding too much of vegs and eno is just added attraction. When the soaked ingredients stays for 6 hours, the batter will ferment, eno not required

    Is it necessary to add eno as it is already fermented? I think it will come out fluffy without adding eno.

    There is no sweet taste in this recipe but kadipatta always makes everything taste milder than it is. And these recipes are known for mildness and satisfying tastes. It is a nice recipe. Thanks for this recipe.

    We in south India have also this type of recipe
    Named Adai
    But we don't add vegetables and curd and eno

    This is a wholesome meal similar to " thavala adai " made in tamilnadu. Here we add coconut also and the Vegetables are minimum. We also make a readymade powder of the ingredients and use it .

    Already natural khamir tayar hue batter me apko vapas soda or eno dalneki jarurat nahi hoti.. kyu ki vo already fula hua he..
    & Always,try to avoid soda in food.. not good for health..
    Anyways.. nice recipe..

    I use methi powder for fermentation so that handva becomes fluffy , great healthy recipe :-)
