    This dosa is called pessarattu in Andhra , a very healthy dish also good for weight loss. We stuff finely cut chillies , onions , ginger... or sometimes Upma..

    Moong dal dosa is called Pesarattu in Telugu states😀 but we don't add dhaniya powder. This looks yummy too. Need to try once

Also a very fun and smart way to introduce veggies to kids or have them eat it.
