an excellent shoulder burner right here. i used 15s the entire time and it was the exact right weight. i love these tabata/hiit type workouts that really burn. and again, really enjoy how much it is helping my grip & forearm strength.
Revisiting this workout that I first did four months ago . Having done this workout for two weeks (with a text day in between each ) . I still felt the burn on the first lap , and yet I did notice a difference in that my arms , and shoulders in particular don't feel like wet spaghetti at the end . Awesome shoulder workout grant.. just what was needed as only had limited time this morning but even your 15 mins was harder then the 30 mins I'd usually do in local gym.. was worried using lighter weights might not work as effective but It really did..keep up the marvellous work grant.

I killed my shoulders today. I did boot camp day 3 for the second time and it killed my shoulders as it was a shoulder shocker and it was not xpress so it was intense followed by another 15 minutes shoulder workout followed by this. Thanks Zeus.
Would you say these “light weight workouts” are better for toning? Am I gaining the same amount of muscle mass as if I were going to lift heavier doing less reps?

Hello from Malaysia. Yes of course. All depends on your current level etc! But these workouts, slowly upping the weight over time combined with a good clean diet and you get make great changes 👍
Just a killer exercise. Don’t worry I find them rough also. But with this exercise don’t be stressing about going heavy , going lighter with this and doing it right will be ten times better than trying to go too heavy and swinging into them.

Not added for times sake, but I always recommend warming up and warming down correctly before and after workouts 👍

why are side raise so hard? I have made good improvements with all the other shoulders raises but the side one I am still struggling!!!!
