The first Lila fight is INFAMOUS in the XC2 speedrun community. Even on a casual playthrough with grinding she's a big DPS and survival check. It's mainly because she comes at such an awkward time in most people's runs where they aren't OP but they aren't completely helpless.
He bought information on the "Greedy monster". Buying this will eventually spawn in the monster through salvaging at Chansagh Waste (just past the locked door that separates the port and chansagh waste). It's a specific monster that will always drop kassandra's core crystal upon defeat and higher level than the normal monsters that come up from salvaging that spot; I want to say level 39 or so.

It is so weird hearing Tsuda voicing Zeke when the dub makes him out to be this larger than life character. Tsuda is mainly known for his almost, lazy but very distinct tone. He is also freaking everywhere. if you follow seasonal anime, you will probably notice his voice in like every other show. The fact that you got crosette right when you needed her in Land of Morytha and then losing her to the bike nation is just amazing, sad, and hilarious at the same time. You managed to win against those enemies in Morytha because Crosette just get way stronger the more potions you pick up. After a while, you are just OHKoing them.
Probably the simpliest way to make it harder is to make it so even if you resummon a rare blade, you have to get rid of them immediately. So each rare blade can only be used once.
I legitimately didn't experience Prometheus until New Game +. The funniest part is that the reason I fell to it is *because* I had it set to easy mode, resulting in Malos getting enraged and to that point faster than I was ready for.

Honestly in Chapter 8, to make it fair you could have put Jin at Level 50, which is his level in Challenge Mode. Since that’s always available, it’s not against the rules.
Corvin is so strong lmao. I am playing XC2 for the first time and have had him on Morag since I got her and he always takes out like 30-50% of boss health with chain attack.
44:30 my first playthrough of xc2 was a long long time ago, but I still remember this STUPID fight. It’s literally such a forgettable fight and yet I had to ask Reddit for help beating it. It stumped me harder than most of the main story fights, excluding malos. I beat the final boss faster than I beat those fucking guldos

It's so sad that there's no hard mode, there's only easy, normal and BOC, otherwise I'd say he should try it on hard mode. But nah, doing this on BOC would be really hard without grinding a ton, even for Enel.
You can create a " hard mode" by just tweaking the custom difficulty. Rage Strike makes BoC unbearable. So, a custom hard mode is the way to g if you want that extra challenge without tearing your hair out.
I just remembered it earlier, I’ve never used custom before, and it’s too late for me, I already tore my hair out to finish BOC in new game. Big thanks to Corvin and crossette for absolutely carrying. I wouldn’t say it’s that hard, but that’s just my opinion because I do have like 300 hours in game lol PS Rage strikes make evasion paramount so just control mythra until you need to control healing and then don’t use any fire combos, it makes it significantly easier
@@PenguinTr4sh That is the biggest issue though, isn't it? BoC is so unbalanced, you can only win if you have the S rank blades. For a game all about customization and making every blade viable, BoC is the complete antithesis to that. I am sure you can try to win boC with shield hammers but you have no margin of error then.
@@goldmemberpb that’s not really BOC in particular, it’s just the game balance, and honestly, I don’t think it’s that much of a problem and I enjoy the game way too much to be hating on BOC. I think it would be way worse if BOC was just a normal hard mode with enemies having buffed stats and nothing else. Also it’s a single player game, so you can play however you want even though it is so unbalanced. While you probably can’t take down challenge mode with Electra because of level caps, it’s not like you can’t still use her in the main game if you really want to (Also I find it hard to like shield hammers anyways because of how slow the art speed is, if they were faster but had minuscule ratios to make the dps still bad, that would already make them way more fun in my eyes, but honestly I think that’s just kind of a lame weapon in general)
