So basically:
Two admins accidentally delete the universe. They forgot to make a backup of the old one so now they have to reinstall it and then one of them fears that the userbase will get bored and move on to something else. Because he fears that his universe will become irrelevant, he wants to keep going back to snapshots in an infinite cycle, but the other admin doesn't like that because it'll just ruin the users progress. In that disagreement, the one admin becomes evil and deletes the other admin's account and then you hack into the system and delete his account, too and then you become the super admin and reinstall the universe again but the post game reveals that you forgot to install an antivirus so a virus starts spreading and you have to spend another couple hours to clean up the system.
I guess so.

I think the implication with the forest on the back is that the mass of the Bionis is so great that it creates enough of a gravitational pull to keep everything from falling down into the vast ocean. That's my guess, at least.
That is incorrect, the Bionis does have fairly normal gravity, Makna forest is located on a large shelf jutting out from the Bionis' back, you can get a better view of this with Smash4's trophy viewer

It's not too far-fetched, lore-wise. Zanza may be titled a god, but he's really just as mortal as everything else. Heck, it didn't take any special power-ups just to do normal damage to him.

Thank you - I remember getting stuck at a boss fight that I didn't want to grind for, putting the game down forever, seeing it come out on switch, remembering I had 40+ hours in the game already and didn't to start completely over, but still wanted to know what happens in the story: which I now do thanks to this well-done explanation.

@@lightning0938 Technically it wasn’t actually healing. She was dying because of Ether deficiency, so she loaded some Ether crystal filled bullets into her gun and shot it over her so the Ether would disperse around her.

Xenoblade 3 has revealed the new party and the healer has a hybrid staff + gun. Naturally the staff part is for attacking and the gun part is for healing.

Best part about this video is that I’ve put in over 500 hours total on XC/XC3D/XCDF and till this day the plot never fails to earn my empathy and respect. The gameplay is so rewarding. It’s like the more you play the more you learn, in turn the more time you want to put into making your party stronger and thus envelopes a whole videogame experience. The music is a plus. The characters are vanilla and easy to pick a favorite with how polarizing each one is, in gameplay and archetype. Such a great video, and an ever so great videogame

@@freshlymemed5680 The Conduit doesn't Destroy itself, it just leaves for another Universe similarly to what Alvis himself did, so he most likely still has his Admin Privileges

@@freshlymemed5680 nah, the conduit teleported to another universe, Alvis can still use his conduit powers, although Pneuma probably can't use hers anymore.
@@sonic23233 …yesn’t, an Aegis is a part of the trinity processor that becomes a blade, Alvis noped out of the XC2 universe before that could happen so basically he’s got the powers of an aegis, except without the restrictions of the blade system and stuff

@@MrToonlink53 I made this post before I watched the video. After watching it I was conflicted. I mean... he's right, but the way he portrayed everything was in such a negative light. Like the Mechon being humans was a decent surprise, but you can guess it. Dickson is obviously up to something, so thats fine. But guessing that Fiora was in the Mechon and that Mumkhar was still alive was a pretty big guess. Not to mention he skipped several scenes that make the developments seem more thought out, like the scenes that happen at the end of certain chapters showcssing what the Mechon are doing. I can't get mad at it because if he went over everything it'd be way too long of a video for his liking/audience. Its like the opposite of his FF9 video, which is a game I find vastly inferior to Xenoblade for pacing and plot reasons. So... I'm a bit salty.
It kinda seems like he 100% the game on his first playthrough, and hated the grind and the story suffered because of it.

It's a lot better when it's spread out over the course of a full game. Getting it all in one loredump like this makes it almost incomprehensible. But that's JRPGs for ya.
Yeah, there's a few details left out that time it all together or explain things better, but this is the general series of events.
As soon as I heard "you can decide which is which", I knew that this was the best interpretation of Xenoblade ever.

It's possible that JUST doing the story is 50 to 70 hours long, but when you do all side quests, maximize town affinities, maximize character affinities, maximize all character skill trees, maximize levels to 99, work on affinity charts, maximize art levels, defeat all uniques, do all the heart-to-hearts, etc., then you may want to multiply your numbers by at least 8. 😂

This "game" is much more than story, since the developers of MonolithSoft worked so hard with the side quests, skill trees, arts, superbosses, etc., for the gamer to concentrate on much more than just the story of the game. 😊

Surprisingly, Kirby ain't actually that tough. God may be a cool title, but feats of measurable power are more valuable.

As someone who bought the game but never really got into or played it much simply because I was younger and terrible at RPG style games (therefore couldn't get past the first metal face fight) I have decided to stop the video halfway through, buy the game on the switch, experience it for myself, and come back later to finish the video. See you in the next collective 100 hours or so
Nice! Hope you enjoy it. Its honestly one of my all time favorite JRPGs with some really solid combat mechanics, an amazing story, and an even better cast and world.

@@theaprilsonlyfool Not all of them. Some of them are pretty interesting (e.g. Colony 9 Mafia, Pollen Drug Ring, side quests for Melia's half-sister, Rebuilding Colony 6, etc.) and it is recommended to do at least a few if them since they give you a good amount of exp.

@@sully1492 bruh that’s so early on. It ain’t even his slave, maybe more like a daughter or ya know, his blade. Like the guy above said. Finish the game, you just dipped your toes in the water, not the whole pool. It’s worth it and the funny slice of life anime cliche shit stops around midway through the game. Not to say it’s that bad but if it’s not your cup of tea, it does eventually stop. The serious moments more than make up for it.

regarding what a "xenoblade" is, the game was supposed to be called monado: beginning of the world, but the creator had previous success with series named xeno, so they decided to use that instead
A "Xenoblade" literally means foreign sword: Xeno meaning "foreign", blade meaning "sword"
Also, the Xenoblade games are (very) loosely connected to Xenosaga and Xenogears
Another thing id like to add to this:
Xenoblade changes meaning depending on the game, Xenoblade in 1 is refering to the Monado, it’s a Foreign/Alien blade, aka the titular Xeno Blade, in XCX (spoilers)
Elma is revealed to be an alien, a Xeno, and is a member of BLADE, so she is the game’s Xeno BLADE, while in 2, Pyra/Mythra and by extension Malos are special blades, different from all other by nature of being part of the trinity processor, they’re different/foreign Blades, so, they’re the Xeno Blades

Dunban is such a chad that he fights with his off hand after his energy and is still the DPS
Technically he is a tank, its just that he is a different style of tank than reyn. Reyn is standard aggro tank who draws aggro through skills and has high def and hp, dunban is dodge tank which draws aggro through high burst damage and has a high agility stat
and riki is the best tank because he's just stupid durable

Okay, I get the joke about Alvis kind of being able to do anything (at 14:46), but I feel the need to say that Alvis was still subject to Zanza. If I remember correctly, the only reason Alvis was able to defy Zanza as much as he did was because Alvis recognized Shulk as having the same authority as Zanza. Because he was Zanza for a while, kind of.
