All you need to know in 12:47 min, great! Looking forward to playing the pnp campaign as well as upping the difficulty level with the purple "autarnakoma"-cards.
My favorite solo lately is Coffee Roaster. Getting Under Falling Skies tomorrow and waiting for Ex Libris to come in the mail. This game seems neat solo but I gotta chill a bit before buying another game.
I wonder if this would work with 2 players. I feel like there isn't as much expansion to the dig sites with only two, so would this work to have as a third player?
I used to loooove solo games, but that kind of became all I did during the pandemic and around February of this year, I started feeling completely burnt out on them. I have a feeling that I’ll fall in love with them again, but I’ll need some time with multiplayer games again now that vaccines are becoming more and more available
I've been playing solo mode on tabletop simulator to save myself on setup at breakdown time. Genuinely impressed with it! Hopefully soon I'll be able to meet some people in person again to play my hard copy. 😅
The solo is soooo good. Got into the campaign testing as well and the campaign is GREAT because it changes the rules and goals so it’s not just about points. This YCST was great! I love the new video techniques. You guys have really grown and it’s great to see! Thanks for the videos
I wish that sometimes in the future they make those mini expension on retail, I'm personaly not too big on print to play but I'm really glad they did it anyway! and I really want to try that campaing!
Hello! I'm only up to 4 plays of this game, and all of it has been solo. I'm struggling with researching with my journal (I haven't used it yet while playing with the automa, but did when I played two individual hands). Do you manage to get both the magnifying glass and journal up the research track, or do you focus on getting one to the top only? I haven't identified a way to move up from all 'green' Automa cards yet. 1 game I was one point in front, 1 game I lost, and the other game I was a nice chunk in front. Any advice/tips on strategy would be appreciated 😀. Thanks
We have found that when we play the magnifying glass gets the focus since it can go above the journal. We have often raised the journal up to the point of getting one or two assistants then leaving it behind because the costs are high to research but the journal provides some pretty sweet bonuses so I want to focus more one moving both the magnifying glass and journal higher up.
If you end up liking Dune Imperium, I'd be curious for you to play the solo version and see if you like it. It simulates a 3 player game in similar ways to Arnak (simple actions), so you still feel kinda like you're playing the actual game (to 10 VP)....
Love the solo mode in Lost Ruins, you’re spot on Nick. The AI is so smooth to operate. Definitely in my top 3 for solos.

Thanks, great useful review.
It's cool to see the third Brother Murph in the intro, but I feel like it should be Nick since he seems to always do these videos.
I really love the solo of the Lost Ruins Of Arnak. I need to get that back to the table.

honestly this is one of my fav games atm and the new campaign makes it even better great video Stay Hexy!

Awesome series! Have you tried dune imperium solo? Love to hear your thoughts and if it's better than arnak solo :)
Haven't had a chance to try that one solo but would be really interested to try it. -Mike

There is an app version of the expansion, no need to print.
As a solo gamer I say, “Everything that Nick said.” Really looking forward to the campaign.
I am still along ways away from needing harder versions! I love the solo game but I'm still trying to beat it with 3 reds. So fun, though!

@@TheBrothersMurph thank you for your reply - I really appreciate it 👍🏻🙂

what are your favorite solo games
A few of my favorites to play solo are, ex Libris, the networks, the search for Planet X and burncycle
An aside: Can you solo Last Will, please ?
Thanks.
We only have prodigals club but maybe we can look into making that happen
All this 100%
Like the new or old haircut 🤔
I was thinking, wow who is this guy in the intro. It is older, I am pretty sure he still has the long hair.
