Why are the shit people always on your team but not the enemy team?
The answer is, they aren't. You may get a game with bad players on your team, but later you will get a game with bad players on the enemy team.
Since Blizzard is randomly picking the teams from a pool of players that match your MMR, there's as much chance of getting a bad player on your team as there is having a bad player on the enemy team.
This is balanced and while it may effect your games in the short term, it will balance out and not effect your games in the long term.
The only thing that effects your ranking is you.
