The Royal Mint have done another good job on the designer, as they should all be issued for circulation, but we all know they won't. Come on Royal Mint... I'm calling your bluff 😎😂 Cheers.
It's a very nice set Les, thank you for showcasing it, you are right 80 year war commemoration deaerves to circulate, but considering they are having issues with just the definitives circulating, I am not sure any of these will either
Lovely set. I was thinking as I was watching the definitive part, that I should comment on the fact that here in Australia (and also on NZ coins) we have a different obverse designer, Daniel Thorne. Which is rare as in the past it's always been the same, IRB, JC etc. Then he popped up as the reverse designer for the £5 coin.
Hi Craig. I love the way the Royal Mint uses such a wide range of designers, it gives us a wider selection of styles. As for David Thorne, I thought I knew the name from somewhere! Cheers
What a beautiful set 🧲⚓️👍

I have returned, Happy new year to you Lesley, This set of coins is absolutely astonishing 👍
Thanks. I see you're using the photo again that I've never uploaded.

Hi Ian. Yes, I think you're probably right, but it would be nice... but for now it'll have to be a pipedream. Cheers
