The soldering iron is supposed to heat up the battery surface, not the solder, I bet you can pull off some of the leads on the batteries because of poor connection.
@@BagheeraTube hehe a spot welder would have increased the cost of the build by quite a lot tho. Still a cool experiment. I was wondering if you'd add a BMS but I guess the idea was to balance charge externally instead.
I believe there is a BMS build into to main board, if I just knew how to connect the balance leads I could use it. I got it without a battery so I'm not sure how it should be connected. It was constantly giving an error messages with peeps and flashes, but I disconnected the peeper :P probably because balance leads where not connected.
2:37 just gonna sitnherenin my underwear and solder. A man in full comfort of atmosphere haha
Hahaha 😂 😂 it gets on in that room, especially when soldering 😜
@@BagheeraTube haha im not complaining

Well I never had a problem with the battery
you can buy a spot welder cheap these days
I got one now 😉
Fun to watch and cool idea, but also super cringe to see the soldering iron hanging out for a long time heating these battery cells terminals 😀😱
Thanks, yeah I wish I had a spot welder 😜 reused battery cells also

@@EUCvibes EUCs ftw!
The battery cell you used is MUCH to weak.....will be dangerous to use on a EUC
Maybe, it was the best cells I had and that I could fit inside the shell.
@@BagheeraTube Yeah, probably....but using to weak cells can end in a fire in your home.
