Yes, you can. If its yout First Post Doc application than many supervisor will ask for PhD Supervisor letter but after that its not that imp. If you have biter relation with supervisor, you may convey to post doc supervisor about actual situation, they will consider for alternative options sometimes.
It has huge positive probability if you are getting good recommendation from your PhD supervisor, immediate supervisor and current boss...But if you might have conflict with past PI, and they give negative recommendation than things go wrong at very last moment...
