Hey, Before installation of vortek PG2 SHO kit it is essential to debur the cocking slot in the cylinder as it's punched through and will spoil the new edge of the vortek seal. Good idea to run shots through to highlight contact points, I do the same. I use a 6mm bar and a thick piece of leather for a perfect fit, sit down with the gun on your lap bar horizontal towards you, strike down with a hammer - works great, no slipping around spanners, try it, works better than your method. Polish piston and outside of the cylinder (to your preference) Pack the gap between the rear of the action and the stock, this stops action sliding back and forth, firms everything up and stops rear large stock screw working loose. (got plenty more... done 97 hundreds of times lol 😂)
what a great video. thanks so much. I have a question, my tx200 I bought was a mistake, I bought the 495 fps . So what modifications do I need to get it to full power as 930 fps ?
I think I would like to have my own 97k blue laminate turned but I have multiple sclerosis and I’m just a little bit Leary about doing it my self .lol what a great rifle and my 30 se AOA edition tuned as well .
Hi can you please guide how to remove the front end muzzle from the barrel as i need to blue the weapon and the muzzle being an alloy have to remove it. Please guide

One small point, you do have to remove both trigger guard screws to remove the stock, 😁👍

The trigger block on the 97s has thread lock on it. You have to heatgun it.
Rubbish
Beautiful gun but for the money your paying for it should come closer to tuned and quality control right
Don't understand why manufacturers use slotted screws, it's the worst possible choice.
