    I didnt think about pain medications. Its really good point! Once i have slept in pose of The Thinker ( sculpture by Rodin), and i had mild pain in my wrist. Ive played , for my soul only ( no exams, no concerts) for about 4 hours. Next day i couldnt move my arm, couldnt grab a spoon. So i care now how i fall asleep! :) Also, there are some great tips from Feldenkrais, how to reduce hand tension and how to warm up hands. Keep up with great videos!

    I think also not practice in Forte all the time it's very important. You can practice in Forte 2-3 times in a day that piece, passage, but after that it's better to continue practicing in mezzo piano , piano .
